Absolutely brilliant customer service!! Ordered an item, received in good time but unfortunately it did not fit. I requested a return, was given a code. Posted it on the one day (next day delivery) they received it and within hours I had the refund and in my account. Can not ask for better service!!!
I have had a response from Leisure direct and I am going to get another Provence gas heater delivered, I found the lost email sent by them, my phone had not updated and it was not there fault at all ,there response time was very good on the dated email, just unfortunate my phone is slow.
