Useless and very mercinary company. AVOID.
After I placed a 1 Star review based on my experience with LemonSwan, I got the answer below from them via Trustpilot. I emailed LemonSwan back on their customer service email asking for a conversation but everything is so digitalised that one never gets to speak to a real person.
Irionically, when they emailed me back all they offered was to sign up again rather than to resolve matters that had gone wrong before - so absolutely NO RESOLVE!!! :))))
This company is simply hopeless and only out to get money out of your pocket. AVOID!
