The calm stitch is a great product
The calm stitch is a great product. My autistic daughter (8) finds it very hard to self soothe and as she loves stitch this was the perfect buy. The different settings are great and she likes that she can have a light as well as breathing. although it took a long time to receive the calm stitch, lemurus responded to my query emails promptly. It is of good quality, well made and came well packaged.

I received the Koala on the 8th of July and it plays horrendously loud music, a function which is not advertised in the website.
I contacted customer services and was told multiple ways to turn this music off, which didn't work, then to be told there is no way to turn the music off!
I asked for a refund, referring to the 30-sleep guarantee and was told they do not offer refunds, they could either send me a replacement or give me a partial refund!
The product is not as advertised and they state there is a 30-sleep guarantee, we have not managed 1 sleep due to the volume of the music!
They then stated that newer models can turn the music off and offered a replacement but since then I haven't received another email from them and they are no longer responding to my contact.
I have a very disappointed little girl and would not recommend buying from this company.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, calm Stitch toy arrived (please note deliveries take several weeks as direct from China). Package was just in a bag so could have been sent in a box to protect it. Within first day the stitching on the leg came away and created a hole. None existent customer service, you have to send a video as evidence but I did this and get very sporadic responses. Lullaby is pretty awful and mechanical noise when it breaths. Probably the worst quality item I’ve bought in several years. Please avoid and save your money or donate to Mind.

Ordered a calm stitch and when it arrived it played a horrendous loud lullaby tune which is not advertised anywhere and cannot be turned off.
Was advised that i could only get a refund if I returned it to them. I posted it back at my own cost, have proof of postage and delivery, but they are claiming never recieved and they have ignored all contact since then!
They are a scam and should be shut down!
