Ordered one for my daughter who’s really suffering anxiety etc . It’s poor quality and doesn’t work, got in touch, they will only give me 40% payment back as it’s there policy , I would recommend to anyone, shocking quality, cheap , poor all round

Stitch toy
Stitch toy, more like been ‘stitched up’. The cuddly toy arrived £40 later and it’s very poor quality. When the stitch is turned on you can hear the motor whirring which isn’t peaceful and after one use the toy stopped moving its chest up and down. Exposed wires which isn’t great for a child to have overnight. Really disappointed. please don’t let the tik toks fool you!

Arrived with the motor broken and clicking. I’ve already reached out to customer service with no response.
Also took almost a month to arrive. If told to return it I’ll probably end of waiting two months for a replacement. Will not order again.

Only 1 out of the Stitch's work
Only 1 out of the Stitch's work, one of them didn't work at all and the other started to work and than stopped working, our whole order didn't even show up that we brought. Missing figurines we purchased and the don't have the free ebook either. Spent over $130 and only got one working item, 2 broken items and part of order missing. After multiple messages and attempts to talk to someone I've only got one email back stating do this to fix them, sorry but no that didn't work either. I'm trying to get a refund as I will never purchase from this company again. Wish I had come on here before purchase as this seems to be a common occurrence and many people are getting tricked and money taken and all they reply is to contact them, they don't even respond. Over $130 I've lost. Doesnt even deserve one star and I really pray they read this and don't do this to another customer as I've got disappointed children who don't have their product. Praying for all at this company.

Fiancé loves how comfortable it makes her feel
My fiancé has been cuddling her plushie, as I have been working away. It’s been very hard for her and the plushie has really helped. Not 5 stars as there is a couple stitches that have busted after not much usage.

We waited almost a month for it to…
We waited almost a month for it to arrive and then one of them only has the button that turns all the features on or off. The second one is not aligned correctly so it won’t close completely in the back. You can hear the mechanic loudly over the music on both and is overly sensitive to touch and turns it self off when you touch it. Also, it clearly states no returns, so unfortunately I would not invest in another one for the price.

I am writing this review because lemurus emailed me to say thank you for my review. Which I had not yet written and don't want to be misrepresented.
I got the small grey teddy I think it is a koala. It's cute and soft and it's belly lights up. It plays several random lullabies which I no idea what they are but feel that better as my daughter is older and would want twinkle little star. The teddy DOES NOT DO A BREATHING IMPRESSION. The batteries run out quickly. My daughter seems to like it but threw it on the floor in the middle of the night when it scared her as she rolled on it and it switch on loud. I feel like it's a baby toy not really worth the time you wait for it but it will do I suppose. Not returning it or asking for money back unless it breaks.

Tummy stopped working after one night
Brought for my daughter, it arrived and she loved it, however after one night the tummy has stopped breathing in and out. She's so upset and was crying. For something that costs £33 it's not very good quality.

Got sent a fake product
I was sent the fake version of the production they warn about on their website. I have raised a request for a refund but after being asked to send a photo etc it’s gone quiet. As if they don’t know they are sending fake products. The breathing sound is terrifying, there is no heartbeat and if you have no sound on, all you hear is the mechanical sound of the battery pack. Please save your money, it’s shipped direct from China, what was I thinking buying something from Facebook! Avoid, avoid, avoid. I can’t give a zero review but if I could, I would.
