This is truly a horrendous company. Your chances of getting your glasses on time and correct are about 20% They make it nearly impossible to get any resolve. They are based overseas and have no communication other than email which they drag out correspondence. Like weeks of emails. Any reputable company would correct issues without having to go get a video from your eye doctor saying the script is correct, or proof from the post office about an address. They purposely drag out communication as well to me sure you go past the 15 day mark for returns. There are pages on fb describing the scams this company does. They are slick, I'll give um that. Just not smart. When you do need a refund they ask for your SS#, bank info,and id (even if paying with a card). There's no reason you need my social. The glasses aren't that great and very cheap. I will never order from this company again after the last experience I had with them. I just recently ordered my son his glasses off of zenni and another pair off zeelol. Both much much better companies to deal with and their prices are about the same.

When I contacted Lensmart customer service with the issue with my glasses (the arm of the frame becoming so loose that I couldn't wear them, they were quick to help me resolve the problem. I truly appreciate this and will continue to order from them. The quality is amazing.

Over all I had a really smooth experience with lensmart. I was happy when my glasses arrived and they matched exactly what was shown online, since it was my first time ordering from them I wasn’t sure how the quality would be, but I’m really happy I got them, I got two pairs with my prescription in them and they fit really nicely, the frames are very lightweight and don’t leave any marks on my nose from where they sit which I love. Overall a great and smooth experience in my opinion.

I received my glasses, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. The frames feel sturdy yet lightweight, they’re very comfortable to wear, and the prescription is accurate. I also love the style! they look exactly like the photos and fit really well.

I wouldn't be surprised if a chunk of this company's positive reviews are fake, nearly every genuine review I could find from North American customers says the same thing: this company is horrible to deal with. I can confirm that firsthand.

I ordered 4 pairs of prescription glasses (2 daily, 2 sunglasses). 3 of the 4 had issues, factory defects, a misleading website try-on feature, and a pair that broke after light, gentle use within a week. Quality is on par with Temu or a dollar store, not a company you should trust with prescription eyewear you rely on daily.
If the product doesn't put you off, the customer service will. Expect the same questions repeated over and over across a weeks-long thread, a clear tactic to wear you down until you give up on a refund, rather than actually help you.

This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Save your money and your time, don't order from this company.

Lensmart advertises high-quality eyewear, but the prescription glasses I received were completely defective. They cannot even handle routine maintenance. Simply cleaning the lenses causes a very loud cracking noise. Shortly after receiving them, the arm of the glasses completely slid off the metal frame.Lensmart refuses to take responsibility under their advertised "365-day worry-free guarantee."
They claim the purchase includes automatic insurance, but their own insurance completely fails to protect the buyer. Even after I sent clear video and photo evidence of the broken, defective product, they refused to cover it.
The best Lensmart offered was to ship another pair made of the same cheap materials. They didn't even want the broken item shipped back because they know it is low-value junk. Because they refused a proper refund for a defective product, I have filed a chargeback dispute with my bank. Avoid this company.

I ordered prescription sunglasses from this lousy company and they never arrived. They require that I prove I didn't receive them before refunding my money--which is a terrific scam. I'm not the only person they've ripped off. See Facebook page Have You Been Ripped Off by Lensmart for thousands of honest reviews of this dishonest company.

As I've explained repeatedly to Lensmart, a carrier driver's checkmark is not proof of delivery to my home or mailbox. It's on them to prove delivery, not my responsibility to prove that it wasn't delivered, which is impossible. I don't have a Facebook page with thousands of posts attesting to MY dishonesty. Show me a picture of the package in MY mailbox.

Lensmart has the capibility to provide you with the best service from the start. Their online shop is well organised, the prices are incredible, the quality is as great and you get the best service.

I contacted customer service wen I incorrectly ordered a wrong item. They confirmed the correct item will be processed. I’ve ordered in the past from Lensmart & was very satisfied.
