I contacted customer service wen I incorrectly ordered a wrong item. They confirmed the correct item will be processed. I’ve ordered in the past from Lensmart & was very satisfied.

I recently had the opportunity to collaborate with Lensmart, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I chose two pairs: the Blue Light Glasses for everyday screen time and the Running Sunglasses for outdoor activities.

The blue light glasses are lightweight, comfortable, and stylish. Since I spend a lot of time on my phone and laptop creating content, they've become a great addition to my daily routine. The running sunglasses are equally impressive—they fit securely, are comfortable to wear during exercise, and provide excellent clarity and protection while outdoors.

The ordering process was simple, delivery was smooth, and the quality of both pairs exceeded my expectations. Overall, I'm really pleased with the products and would happily recommend Lensmart to anyone looking for fashionable and functional eyewear.

SCAM business. I paid for 1.71 index lenses but I got 1.61, which are very thick and low quality. I have prescription over -10.00. I sent emails to request return, they responded that the eyeglasses are still in transit while I have already recieved and I told them very explicitly.

I just ordered 2 pairs of glasses and I realized that I put in the wrong PD !! So I immediately contacted them and they responded quickly. They were able to fix the issue for a small fee, due to the fact that my order was already sent to get prepared. I didn't mind that at all. There were several emails sent back and forth. Im very happy with the customer service!!! Thank you Lensmart!! Can't wait to receive my new glasses. Will write another review once I've received them!

I wanted to like this company because the frames are excellent. Unfortunately, the experience after reporting a problem has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered progressive (varifocal) glasses using a current prescription. The distance vision is clear, but the reading portion of the lenses is not usable, making the glasses unsuitable for close work.

What followed was days of repetitive, scripted emails. I was asked the same questions repeatedly despite already answering them. I provided my prescription more than once, confirmed it was correct, supplied my PD measurement, answered every troubleshooting question and even provided a head-on photograph as requested. Each time I was told more questions were needed before they could identify the problem.

Their public response states they made the glasses according to my prescription and that “many factors affect the wearing effect”. However, privately they have now told me they have identified the cause: my PD was not included when the glasses were manufactured.

The problem with that explanation is that their website accepted my order and manufactured varifocal lenses without requesting my PD beforehand. I was only asked for it after I reported that the glasses were not functioning correctly.

Even more disappointing, after concluding that the missing PD was the cause, they did not offer to remake the lenses. Instead, they offered me a 20% discount on buying another set of lenses to correct the problem.

As a customer, I do not believe I should have to pay again for functioning varifocal lenses when the order was accepted and manufactured without a measurement they now say was essential.

I genuinely like the frames and simply want the lenses I have already paid for to work correctly. Instead, I have spent days exchanging emails with very little progress.

If Lensmart remakes the lenses and resolves the issue properly, I will happily update this review. At the time of writing, however, the after-sales service has been frustrating, slow and focused on repeated questions rather than resolving the problem.

UPDATE: After making the lenses incorrectly the solution after three weeks of emailing is to pay to return (they made the error - I'm expected to pay postage back to for the pleasure to receive a partial not full refund) or they will make me some new lenses that I am expected to replace the current lenses with, and in doing do risk breaking the frames. They sent me a random link to another companies youtube to show me how to do this. Ive also been told that by accepting this solution to the companies own error, I wave all my rights to a return should the lenses sent not be correct. Avoid this company at all costs.

The quality of the glasses which I received, is very good and I love that you can choose from so many options from the website. Delivery was also very fast I highly recommend the glasses!

I have made a few purchases from this site. The glasses I bought were all really nice and as pictured. I wish they offered better scratch resistant lenses because I have a bad habit of leaving them loose in my bag, but the overall quality is still good. The selection of glasses is insane! There for sure is something for anyone and everyone.

Customer service is very responsive. I emailed them a couple times just to get a pdf copy of my receipt in my currency. They always responded within a day.

If I could give less than one star I would. Never got my glasses. They keep telling me they were delivered, but they were not delivered to me. I contacted customer service the post office then I just decided to dispute the charge on my credit card. What I really wanted was just my glasses. This is a horrible company for customer service stay stay away.

The worst experience of my online life .If items are perfect lucky you .However any returns are at your own cost and usa is not a cheap return from UK. Websites not clear as it looks and mistakes are at your own risk .Plus frame style at your own risk .£90 paid £48 return hopefully in a few weeks .wouldn't recommend as taken over 2 months to receive return address which isn't unfair to mention when I requested it from day of receiving glasses .No hard feelings as its rock bottom prices with rock bottom Service
