I reached out because I needed my order number to track my order, I deleted it by mistake. They were very efficient and responded within 8 hrs, they also notice I was missing my PD info and my acct wasnt linked to my email. I forwarded my PD info and they resolved email issue and got my order out quickly. Their follow through and customer service is excellent

This company is filled with idiots
This company is filled with idiots. They ask the same question over and over. I’m sure I’m gonna get the wrong order. There is no one to talk to and they have the weirdest hours. They are working from 430am to 130pm. I paid for express shipping but now they said the glasses will not be ready for two weeks. It’s a joke. Beware! They say that they haven’t heard from me but I have been in constant contact with them. They seriously don’t know how to deal with customers. They have bad customer service. Stick with Zenni optical on line. They are lots better

Don't buy!
I don't reccomend at all !!!
I ordered a pair of glasses that were advertised as metal on the site but when they arrived i was dissapointed to see that they were actually cheap plastic.
They came crooked and even the optician refused to repair them becuse of their poor quality, as they would break.
The return and refund policy is horrible!! i wanted to return those glasses and the only way to do that is through mail. I was waiting a lot for a reaponse and when i got them they kept insisting on exghanging them instead of getting a refund, after i clearly said what i wanted. In the end i ended up keeping them because the shipping for the return was much more expensive than the glasses themselves!
Their glasses are pretty and cheap but if you depend on your glasses, like i do, i don't recommend buying from them foe daily usage.

Lensmart glasses are so incredible!! The quality is so top notch, their frames are so stylish and a lot of variety to choose from. Perfect for everyday wear ! One feature that stood out on their website is where you can upload your image and see how the frame would fit you, it made it so easy to choose my frames !!!
