The delivery times are totally wrong, it's been over 5 working days since my order and it hasn't even left the warehouse. Extremely unhappy.

Friendly and helpful, quick delivery
I bought contact lenses in France, but the conversation was conducted in English by their french sales consultant Axelle B.
The service was friendly and very helpful, Axelle asked plenty of questions and suggested suitable products. The order was completed during the telephone conversation and I was sent an email with payment details. I paid via secure online payment and the contact lenses arrived the next day.

Very fast delivery and excellent customer service saved my vacation!
While on holiday I realized I forgot my daily contacts. I ordered contacts to be delivered to my AirBNB. Unfortunately UPS held my order because I did not list the name of the owner of the AirBNB. Johanna quickly answered UPS's questions and the order was received at my AirBNB in 2 days after the original order. Her excellent customer service saved my trip!
