Poor delivery quality
The shipment apparently got damaged, most of the packaging (boxes) of the lenses were severely damaged through water or something like that, and were still partially wet. Some of them were "repaired" with UPS tape. Overall not pleasant to receive eye care products in such a poor state.

Please accept my apologies for the incident with the delivery company.
Your parcel was damaged during transportation and we have already alerted UPS about it. In such cases, if you see that you parcel is damaged, please don't accept it and return it immediately to the deliverer, so we can send you the new lenses. We would replace the whole package, of course.
Despite our efforts to ensure safe delivery, this kind of situation may happen and it is out of our hands. But we can repair it and we would happily do so, in your case as well. Additionally, we will be happy to compensate you for the inconvenience of dealing with this incident.
We would still like to suggest to you to proceed with this claim. Would it be possible to send us a photo of your damaged parcel? Are the lenses still usable? If they are, have you started using them?
If there was anything else that you might have not written but you would like to tell me, please feel free to provide me with more details.

Customer service is very helpful and the delivery was super fast even with the delay. Value is also very good. I would definitely reorder and I would recommend to other people.

VERY POOR
Hi,
I have still NOT RECEIVED my order. I was supposed to get by today latest. The initial address was apparently a problem and I have given them my office address THREE times and still nothing.
It is contact lenses and I have repeatedly mentioned that it is urgent. Yet I have not received anything. If I dont get it tomorrow, I want a REFUND

Excellent value for money from a trustworthy company. I highly recommend them. If you don't want to pay the really high prices for contact lenses in France, then buy them here! New buyers also benefit from a "welcome" bonus reduction! I only wish I'd found this vendor some years ago!!
