I bought the Neapolitan box of mini-chocolate bars to have with our Special coffees and Biscoff biscuits, either on our own or with friends, when they visit. They are excellent in range of flavours, in the box. Also. on reading the (supplied) mini-brochure, their range looks enticing. I will certainly be buying from these people again.

You'd think a company that sells Easter eggs online would be able to package their product sufficiently. I know the website has a disclaimer, but tightly wrapped bubble wrap meant there was no 'give' from knocks to the base.
Scrunched-up paper, paper-shreds or polystyrene noodles/nuts would be a better alternative. Better still, an egg shaped box/cradle, which would cost pennies.
Please listen to your customers and take this on board.
Personally, I wont buy again until you remedy this.

I buy so many boxes of the dark chocolates, my special treat for me. Tried many other makers of quality chocolates but Leonidas are the best!

I recently placed an order with Leonidas, opting for their most expensive delivery option (£11.50) — as I was purchasing a birthday gift — which, before payment, guaranteed delivery by a certain date. However, the email confirmation said it would be delivered eight (!!) days after this date. When I emailed to complain, asking for a refund, the incredibly rude person who replied repeatedly ignored my request and kept blaming me for their faulty website! It took nine emails in total before I eventually got my money back.

Really awful experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
