Great company and customer service
My purchase was delivered very quickly. During the build I requested a couple of parts and Amy was very quick to reply that they would send them out ASAP. This company was a pleasure to deal with, customer service is excellent and the kit I bought was brilliant. I thoroughly endorse this company.

The kit I ordered was missing 73 pieces…
The kit I ordered was missing 73 pieces (various quantities of 17 bricks), as well as it was shipped with RF remote control transmitters instead of IR transmitters. I contacted LetBricks customer service and was happy to get a prompt response. That's where the happiness ended. Over the course of nearly 2 months, we exchanged 22 emails with parts lists, photographs, and detailed descriptions. I was asked to perform several tests on the remote-control devices; I performed said tests and reported the results. Eventually I received my missing bricks, but I never got so much as a response regarding the non-working, wrong, remote-control transmitters. This was an expensive kit with nearly 3000 pieces. One star is too good a rating for such poor customer service.

We understand that the estimated processing time is 5 days, and it is disappointing when that expectation is not met. MOC sets are different from standard boxed products. Each order requires our warehouse team to manually sort thousands of individual parts according to the designer’s parts list. After sorting, every set goes through a detailed manual quality inspection before packing and shipment to ensure completeness and accuracy. This careful process can sometimes take slightly longer than expected, especially during busy periods.
That said, your experience is very important to us. If you have not yet received an update, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will check the status immediately and provide you with a clear update as soon as possible.

First time buyer, surprised in a good way
First time buying from this site, was surprised in a good way, first of all the price was pretty fair in my opinion (i got the T-90M MOC) and the package came within the 15-25 day time window they provided, upon opening, i was a bit deluded that the bags weren't numbered and most of all, the individual bags didn't contain all the pieces for a certain step, so i had to end up opening all of them and dumping them in a single bin, was quite annoying to find the parts. The parts themselves weren't all too bad, it wasn't LEGO quality but the clutch and grip were definitely present, some pins did have less clutch than others but it was fixed with a little super glue, overall the construction was fine and smooth (except for finding the parts!) and i would buy more sets, it ended up coming out very well!

Another great experience from LETBRICKS with great builds and great service
Not only did I get the new Mega yacht at a great price, as there was a small delay, I also received a free gift which arrived very quickly and before my main order.
I’m very happy with the Silence Ship model and having great fun Building it.
Mega Yacht has also arrived, the same high quality packing and service as usual.

Great customer service and communication. I bought the MA-61895 RB-30-L6-3.0L SOHC Inline Six-cylinder Four-stroke Gasoline Engine Model for my grandson. Shipping was super fast and arrived timely. Packaging arrived in good shape. The Model kit is professionally packed, with individual staged packaging marked accordingly with easy assembly instructions to follow in the manual. Customer service was excellent and timely with their responses, we needed additional help with the download instructions for the manual. My grandson (11) was super excited to get this model started!

The Legacy of KITT in LEGO Form…
This is an amazing set if you were/are a fan of the original Knight Rider. It is very complex, but the packaging also adds to the complexity of the build because parts, especially for the trailer section are not organized as a traditional LEGO set into all the pieces needed for steps __ - __ in one bag. You need to open all the bags because there may be three bricks in this bag and two in that bag and five more in this other bag all needed for one step. I did have an issue with the stickers for this set not shipped with original order, but I reached out to Letbricks and they are resolving that. The axles for the trailer were too short to fit four wheels. I pulled from my supply as well as having to grab four more tires (I received four tires and eight wheels). Overall for a set this huge, Letbricks did a wonderful job and I look forward to ordering my next set!

Great sales, variety and support
