YOU get to select what is being sent to you every month! How cool is that? Yeah, sure, it's fun to wait and be surprised, but, sometimes, the surprise is NOT clothing that you would actually wear. So, if you're going to pay for clothing, why not choose a company that allows YOU to select what you're going to wear that month?

I just started using Le Tote

I just started using Le Tote, I have tried all the other subscription services but liked how you picked out the clothes to wear for a month to see if you wanted to buy them seemed like a great idea to me, the only issue I have is fit, most of the sizes I want they seem to be out of that size and then I end up getting items that are either too big or too small. You get 5 items in your monthly box, this month I got 2 items that fit, might take a few more months to figure out, wish they would restock their items quicker so we have more of a selection what to wear. Great service, shipping is fast.

The Le Tote service works well

The Le Tote service works well. I chose my own clothes and they arrived within 2 days. They send emails to make things clear, and the price point is fair. I liked 4/10 of the pieces I tried in the first two months, which meant not getting much value for the service. Some clothes offered are well made, but others seemed cheaper.

I love the concept more than anything

I love the concept more than I love the actual process put into play. I’m still subscribed (just returned my 4th box) because I thought I’d try it for 6 months to give it a fair shot, but there’s a few things that I really don’t like. I absolutely hate the fact that you have to keep the clothing for their specified period of time (about 1 month) regardless of whether it fits/you actually like it when it comes in or not. Out of the 4 boxes I’ve experienced, I’ve only loved 1, semi liked the other, one had clothing in it that was all too large, and I absolutely hated the pieces in the last one. Keep in mind that I always customize my boxes fully and I’ve taken the time to like my favorite items. I’m using the system fully in an effort to receive pieces that i like, but the problem has been that the pieces themselves, even after having selected them myself, have come in fitting oddly or made out of weird/unacceptable fabrics, or have just been overly plain or boring. Regardless of my experience, I was stuck with each for an entire month after paying close too $100 for an unpleasant experience. Most of the clothing has been in great condition but there have been a couple of pieces that you can just tell have been used. I feel that the prices for purchasing are sometimes ridiculous. I’d be more than willing to pay the price if the clothing were new but it isn’t! They claim the clothing comes heavily discounted if you want to purchase but it’s really just a light discount. Also, the quality of the clothing sometimes is just not acceptable. I once got a pair of pants that were made in fabric so thin that it was practically see through and seemed like it would tear at the first stressful moment it encountered. They were supposed to be pants I could wear to work. No way. The selection of clothing also seems boring and repetitive or some pieces are just too crazy/weird to wear. As I’m typing this out, unfortunately I’m realizing that there are more things that I dislike than I like. At this point, if I end up with another bad box I may just cancel before my 6months are fulfilled.

I'm doing 4 out of five solely because…

I'm doing 4 out of five solely because of the price discrepancy as advertised Vs the one you end up with i.e. insurance, tax, etc. It does seem to be a limited amount of clothing which I'm sure will be expanding perhaps? I would really like to see more dressy options for random occasions when you need that perfect dress for a wedding or a gala. Other than that, the customer service is exceptional and super helpful. And for that reason alone, I definitely am going to continue using this app and looking forward to more options of clothing :)

Love everything about it!

I have received 2 totes so far. I am very happy with the items, the company, and the overall experience. I love having new and exciting prices to wear all the time. Keeps my wardrobe fresh and unique. It’s less of a risk to try something new. Love it so much!!

Old and over worn clothes not worth the…

Old and over worn clothes not worth the moneyZ The clothes that were shipped to me looked over worn and some even had a stain. One out of 3 shirts fit and the skirt did not fit. I will never use this again.

Poor quality of clothing, most of them look very used. What makes it worse is they are exorbantly overpriced.

A must have for every closet...

I enjoy Le Tote because I can style myself or I can receive what is in my closet. Very hassle free and affordable if you include what you pay your self for cleaning bills. At the end of the day Le Tote is great.

Okay

Expensive for the amount of time you're without clothes because of time lost while you're mailing back the old tote and having to wait to fill your next tote, and then having to wait for your next tote to arrive

Did not like the tote picked out for me…

Did not like the tote picked out for me and when sent my clothes, they looked like they were worn considerably. Not really worth the money if I can just shop for something great online.
