Out of 5 totes of 5 items only one didn't fit and I have loved every single item. I'm excited everytime the box arrives and rush to try on the clothes. I love having a new wardrobe every month.

The clothes were just plain terrible and I have not received back my refund. I am at the point where I will be turning them over to the BBB and I will be contacting my bank. It doesn't take this long to get a pkg back and refund me.

Le good and Le bad
In my first order, I had a necklace that was unwearable and 2 clothing items that I didn't wear. In my second order, I liked 3 items and 2 were pretty worn looking. In my third tote, one item was ripped and I didn't wear it and was actually interested in buying it, but not damaged. Three of my items looked worn and seemed like they had shrunk. My current order has a sweater with a snag. What is your policy for compensating renters for unwearable merchandise, and how do we notify you of such issues? I have done it in my reviews and have received no compensation until I mentioned it in an online chat.
I had trouble with one of my orders being finalized before I was ready (I was using the phone app when that happened) and even though I followed up with an immediate email, the tote was sent and I wasn't contacted.
My friend that introduced me to Le Tote says that she can get several totes in a month, but I don't seem to have that same option.
Often, when I go to place my order, items that I have liked are not available in my size. I'd still like to be able to see the items I've liked in my personal like section (they disappear when they are not available in my size).
The website is slow to load, but otherwise user-friendly. Arrival is fast and returning is simple. Ability to keep and buy items is a good option. It would help if those that upload photos were encouraged to upload height, weight, and build as well. I was offered a discount/coupon with my last order and it listed jewelry and clothing titles. There were jewelry items to choose from, but no clothing items. Why have a title and no items? Frustrating because their are a few items I'd like to purchase.

Love the styles and suggestions. I also love the fact I can easily swap items before shipping. My only wish is I would get my email to confirm my tote the same day the shipping label is scanned-i just get too excited!

The concept is great. I receive clothing on time but the quality of some of the items is poor. It's a bit overpriced for the quality.

Not the best for tall girls.
Not the best for tall girls.
Le Tote does a good job, but they aren't specifically designed for tall girls--so it really is a little unfair to judge them based on that. Nearly all the clothes in my totes I've been unable to wear have been too short and there doesn't seem to be a way in the sizing system to adjust for that.
Other than the length issues, I've found Le Tote easy to use and a great way to supplement my existing wardrobe.

My LeTote Experience
The selection of items was fair. Size small was limited. Cost was a big factor for me. The clothes are average. The box price itself would be ok if the clothing was excellent. Moreso, the cost of the "ok" clothing on top of the box price was just more than I could spend, or would for that qualifty of clothing.
Customer service was EXCELLENT though!

The service is too expensive and the pieces seem average in style. The very limited flexibility in switching out wrong-size item within that month is terrible and makes me much less likely to buy the pieces sent.
Clothing descriptions should have material weight ratings so you know if this is something you can wear in summer vs winter for example. The sizes worn by models in pictures are not good estimates according to their measurements and three times now that has been unhelpful and counterproductive in helping me choose the right size.

Quality of the clothes was not what I expected. Kind of feels like I'm wearing clothes from a thrift store. It was also difficult finding things that I liked.

Nice to have a rotating wardrobe
I like the option to make selections and I think there are great pieces and lines to choose from. I have had only a few shipments but I've had pieces that are worn, including a shirt that had 2 visible holes in it. It's frustrating to pay to get clothes you can't wear and no option to get a replacement.
Overall, like the service and a rotating wardrobe!

This is fun I look forward to my box coming. I only wish they would send outfits. Not just pieces. That is one of my problems I can't put a outfit together. Other then that really happy.
