Sirious problem to get a feedback and my refund

The company doesn't do anything to help you when you have a problem. I bought some tickets for September from Athens-Mykonos-Santorini-Athens... Five days before my departure from Mykonos to Santorini, I received and e-mail telling me that both tickets to Santorini and them to Athens was canceled... And the only thing that they do was telling me to buy another tickets and to get de refund, I need to send by courier... Come on!!! We are in 21th century!!
So that.... I proceeded as they asked and sended the printed tickets by couried on September 29th, and asked for informations after that for many days, and te answer was given just on October 14th after 3 e-mails whitout even read my original e-mail... I send pictures attached comproving my courier and they stil say "We can give you full refund of this itinerary without the obligation of new booking but you need to send us the paper tickets you keep in your hands via courier with your own charge".... This is not a serius company!!!! Everybody should not buy anything with them... if they are a serius travel agency, the first thing they should do is giving answers and a priority feedback to help there clients.

About my cause, I'm still wainting for answers and my refund....

Very unprofessional

One lady in Customer Relations was helpful and changed my ticket for me due to the cyclone. The rest of the people I had contact with were rude, unhelpful and the woman in the office in Pireaus was just plain stupid. I went there to pick up my new tickets and she told me she didn't know anything about it, that was before she checked the computer. She said I had to travel on Sunday as the passenger fare on Friday was more. A man appeared finally and put things right. I will never use Let's Ferry again

HORRIBLE Experience. Complete SCAM!

HORRIBLE Customer Service. Buyer BEWARE!!!! Do not use this company, save your money and go straight thru the ferry company. I got an email from Let's Ferry with a change of time for one of our boat trips. The new time was not going to work for us, so we ended up having to cancel the reservation and booking straight thru the ferry company (which is actually cheaper). It's been well over a month and I have yet to receive my refund from Let's Ferry. I have multiple emails as proof that they said I would receive a refund in 15 days. Their customer Service is pretty much non-responsive. I have emailed them every day for the last 2 weeks and have had ZERO response to my emails. The only answer I got was when I posted a negative comment on their facebook page and the marketing person said she would forward my request to "customer service" This is completely unacceptable!!!! This company is RUDE, filled with LIES and a complete SCAM!!!!! Stay away!!!!

Unhappy customer

While we were on Naxos we had some bad weather (due to the storm Zorba). We called several times to the numbers in the email confirmation of our booking. And all those times we've been told that the ferry didn't go due to the weather.

When we called later to see how we could book a new ferry and if this one would go you guys told us that the ferry did go in the end... Which is strange since we called three times to check!

Poor aftersales help

Poor aftersales help.

I needed to change details on my purchase however I received no empathy from the company. It was almost like a bot reply to my inquiry. I hope that you would improve your approach in the future.

Useless. Inefficient. Unhelpful.

Useless. Inefficient. Unhelpful.
Made a series of bookings around Greece using Lets Ferry as a broker. Booking was simple and efficient.
One of our ferries was cancelled, even though we had collected tickets from the port office. Despite holding a mobile number and email address, no attempt was made to contact me to let me know. Luckily, we were walking past the port on the day before and noticed the ferry wasn’t listed on the schedule. The very helpful port office arranged an alternative ferry.
When contacting Let’s Ferry I was told that a refund couldn’t be made until the original tickets - FOR A CANCELLED FERRY! - were returned by courier at our own cost. And then it would take twenty days from receiving the tickets before a refund could be made. In the 21st Century, and especially when payment can be made instantly, communication regarding cancelled ferries should be much better, and if they can accept payment instantly then a refund should also be made instantly. And without the delay of waiting for the tickets to be returned FOR A FERRY THAT WAS CANCELLED - that was unnecessarily obstructive and deliberately unhelpful.

They charge a 10€ "Service Fee" on a booking for 43€. So that's 25%! And they don't tell you about it until the very last page. Isn't that illegal in the EU now?

That is a total Rip Off. How do they justify that?

Terrible service

I booked the wrong date for my ticket. 10 minutes later I called them to ask for a change. The representative was very rude to me and asked me to send an email, which I did. Two days later, still no reply. I called again. Again a rude representative asked me to send an email. I told them I did already and he asked me to wait. When I mentioned that the wrong ticket is for tomorrow, the answer was that I just have to wait.

Finally, one day before my ticket was cancelled they answered telling me they charge a fee of 3 euro to change the ticket and the ferry company charges an additional 12 euros. I contacted the ferry company directly. They were nice enough to change the ticket at no fee at all.

Let's Ferry tried to rip me off!! Do not book from their webpage, go directly to the ferry company.

Please choose another agency

I booked with 5 months in advance, 6 days before the leaving the company write me that "due to some alterations of Sea Jets ferry company, the sailing will be suspended. It's needed to send back first the paper tickets by courier with the additional cost in order to proceed to the refund."
So:
- sailing suspended without alternative solutions and without refund
- I have to book and pay another sailing one week before the departure
-To have the refund I have to pay the courier and send back the tickets
- I wrote to customer service to know why I have to pay the courier since is agency fault, al least some information to understand, NO reply.
PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER AGENCY.
Or better: look for your sailing on "Let's ferry" web site, choose a sailing, than open the selected company website and book directly on it (not on www.let's ferrys...), in this way you pay less because there are not agency additional costs (20,50 €)
Sorry for my bad english, hope you understand.

Probably the easiest and most…

Probably the easiest and most informative of several ferry-booking websites that I have tried. So I started to book through Quidco (4% cashback), but a service charge of nearly 10% was added without warning at the last moment. If you don't mind that, this site is great, but I left and booked direct with the ferry company, with no service charge.

(Incidentally, reviews of an actual ferry trip are irrelevant here!)

Never seen such a lousy service for e-commerce.

Simply RUN AWAY !
These guys are plain irresponsible and/or lazy..

I just wanted to change the time on a return trip.

The first answer to my request took two days, whereas they guarantee answer within 24 h.
I received the email answer on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
It demanded answer back WITHIN ONE HOUR. (Can you believe it?.)

I answered within two hours, as I was away ffrom home.
And paid 9.00 € for processing.

The next day, they still shipped the OLD tickets, without change.

I send a email to know how to correct the situation..

New answer after several days:
1) I have to return the tickets to Greece (I shall pay the shipment)
2) I have to pay again 9.00 € for the reprocessing.

As if it was my fault ! Are you for real?

Then, I receive another totally standard email, saying that now I have to buy a brand new ticket:
(For iformation, for a new ticket, the processing fee is 16;00 € + 35 € DHL shipment + 75 € for the tickets themselves.).

The text of the email reads:

"Dear Visitor,

The ferry tickets you just looked are in high demand, make sure you continue your booking before the cheapest tickets are gone!
We saved your itinerary so you can quickly jump back just click here and continue your booking."

Yeah. I know you stupid.that tickets are in high demand in August !
I have been waiting for you for two weeks already.

In addition, the link to the webpage is useless. It sends to the standard reservation page, just filling in the departure and arrival port, but not the dates and number of passengers..

Thank you so much for your customer service, you saved me 30 seconds.

To conclude, the way to address people says it all.

To these guys, we are just visitors, not customers.
So, do not bother too much, and close the door when leaving.
That is what I did. I left.

You know understand why you should run away.
