I booked my tickets via Let's Ferry. I made a mistake with one of those; they reimbursed me in the real time and also assisted me in changing the plan. Also using a direct phone conversation. Really efficient and client oriented!

Really bad customer services, tired to call and ask for re-schedule and cancellation policy, the lady in the phone told that there is a flexible rate and I ask how can I have it and can I find it online? she kept interrupting me and sounds angry and don't even try to understand what problem it is ... How can a customer service be like this ... Never recommend service like this!

Booked tickets on the Dolphin from Volos to Skopelos on 6 Feb 2018.. When we arrived in Volos on 18th March we were told the boat was being repaired and probably would not be mended in time for our return trip the following week We were stranded that day (a Sunday) as there were no ferries till the next day so we had to spend thhe night in Volos and get another ferry the next day. Let's Ferry did respond quickly to my email (there was no-one answering the phone) but they just offered to re-book us the next morning or refund the 138 euros I chose to take the refund and book the ferries myself. There was no apology or explanation of why we had not been notified our ferry was broken (as it had been for the previous few days), and it was just lucky we were able to find a room in Volos with no notice. I will never book through Let's Ferry again as they are not reliable, and don't offer compensation when they mess up

Interface not conveniente for multiple tickets.
Very expensive processing cost !

A little surprise just before payment: 18€ more, just for service, even if no ticket sent ou printed !

Got to be average because we haven't actually ferried yet...just bought tickets.

Simple and easy to use and book our trips

While booking i only was able to choose between Moto and Car. By Boarding i had to spend additional 21€ because i have a Camper instead a Car. I think you have to add other Car Options in the online booking section

Excellent website and really user friendly. I wish they could offer more places in Athens (not only Piraeus) to pick up your ticket .

Very quick and easy to use. Would have liked a digital copy of the tickets instead of collecting but the alternative was shipping at considerable expense.

Process for booking a Ferryboat ticket was smooth and easy. I prefer to have the choice to print my actual ticket from your site (i.e. in pdf or other format), instead of going in agents to take my tickets.

Old ship, bad service in Platinum class. No kids area. very poor

It was a great way to see more of the island from the water side.
