I learned my lesson! If everyone else learns their lesson and google the site before purchase, these scammers will not be in business! Facebook should not allow these scammers on their site.

I will never order from here it did take way longer then stated!
Also I order 2 Mickey capri's the white ones & blue ones, They came so disgusted with the way they looked I had to throw the package away also threw them straight in the washer they had something all over them.
Just Nasty Don't order.

The clothes come in terrible quality,
not according to what was ordered.
The seller is not willing to refund.

Stay away and do not order anything from there.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS, LESS STRESSFUL TO BURN YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Awful company. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I had to chase order and then as they couldn’t send in time I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money. They ignored my messages for 2 weeks asking them not to send the order. They then sent my order which arrived too late. I’m now in a battle of wills daily email situation of asking for my money back. They pretend to not know what you’re talking about with each email. The items are terrible quality and the sizing is not as advertised. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE IN RETURN. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.

took over a month to get my order. Then when I got my order two of the five things were wrong they have pretty much brushed off my concerns to get it fixed. They sent a wrong size and want me to pay to return the item, and won't give me even a fraction of my money back. Still fighting over a month later to get this made right

This company misrepresents their merchandise. They do not send the merchandise unless you write to them. It took me 3 months to get my stuff and when I did, it was not the right color nor style. The quality is awful.
A true con job.
Buyer beware. Do not waste your money.

I had the SAME thing happen to me with a Company called Blueoffer7. (They must be related)
I do believe PayPal can fight for you & get your money back. I went through my bank/Visa to start a fraud charge.
What I have learned is to make sure there is a phone #, contact info & reviews. I only found the bad reviews to Blueoffer7 after the fact on google separately from the web site.
Someone needs to SHUT DOEN DOWN all these scamming websites!

ZERO STARS. I consider this company to be a scam. They have stolen my money. I placed an order 3 months ago and still have not received my order. They have stopped responding to my emails. The tracking information they provided is false.

I would also give no stars if possible. I kind of figured that their clothes would be on the small side, so even though I wear a 1x, and was buying an xl for a gift I went with 5 tshirts - 1 XL and 1 2X. Close enough in size so you'd think that the other 2x, 3x, and 4x that I bought would be HUGE. Nope, they were children's sizes despite saying small, med, large, xl, 2x, 3x, and 4x as a size selection. $80 bucks down the drain. Didn't even bother to try and return them after it took over 2 months to get them. Figured the return process would just make me madder than I already was. Very disappointing. Clearly made in China where they do not know USA sizes.

WOW. This company just sucked $40 bucks out of my wallet and 2 months of my life. It took a month for my two items (a shirt and pants) to arrive, upon arrival I found that the shirt sizing was way off it fit me like an XL instead of a Med and the pants weren't even the same style as the one's I ordered plus they were completely SEE THROUGH. I respectfully emailed their customer service department and was asked to provide photos of the items in their packaging and the SKU numbers which I did. However, I was repeatedly asked for these images! At least 3 separate occasions I was asked for the images which I now realize was just a stall tactic to get me to give up. I did not give up and continued to ask for their coveted return address to which they responded that shipping was to expensive and took too long to return items but how about a nice $5 gift card for my trouble...um what? so I spent over $40 but 5 is good compensation? And telling me that the items are good quality and I can just gift them to a friend or neighbor is completely infuriating. The end result is I kept the items that I can't wear and told them to keep their 5 bucks. I don't want anything from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Took 3 months to get an order. I ordered grey Mickey Mouse pants in M and got blue lace pants in size XS. The ugliest pants youve ever seen.

If i could give no stars I would. Horrible fake company Letspants is. FAKE COMPANY don't spend your hard earned money and purchase anything from them, you will be highly disappointed. Thankfully I am with a wonderful bank and they have refunded me my $56.00.

I placed an order for 4 tops on 6/16/20, and received the package on 7/15/20. Three of the tops were correct in style and size, but the material was an awful polyester, not what I expected. The fourth top was NOT what I ordered, and it was a blue sweatshirt that said, "Blow it out your Tubenburgles", with a sillouette of Bette White's face!! I was shocked. It was supposed to be a grey top with a Love insignia and a dog paw. I contacted their "customer service" department by email and explained the error. They asked for pictures of the delivery label, SKU numbers, pictures of the wrong merchandise, just as these other reviews mention. I did this, and didn't hear back from them for weeks. I wrote another email asking for them to make the correction, and they said they would give me a $5 credit, and that I would have to package and return the incorrect merchandise at my expense, and since they knew I didn't want to have to go to that trouble to correct their mistake I should just accept that compensation. Sound like a familiar story? Oh, and they wanted me to send pictures again, which I did. I don't want the Betty White top, I can't even think of anyone I would give it to, it just should be thrown away. This company is a scam, they don't even deserve a "1" rating. The clothing is garbage and I am so sorry I ever did business with them. They are located in China, their correspondence has so many errors in grammar because it is being written by people who do not speak English as a primary language. Steer clear of them! BIG MISTAKE TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY OR END UP WITH AWFUL LOOKING CLOTHING.

If i could give them a negative rating I would. First of all shipping took 2 months. 2nd by the time it got here, they had shipped me the wrong clothes. I got a shirt and pants as a gift for a friend and it came completely wrong. When I contacted customer service, we ended up arguing over the next couple weeks through email where I demanded a return and they tried to convince me I wanted the pants I got cuz they were very popular. Each time the tried to give me a$5 credit for their store and tell me if I wanted to return it I'd have to pay shipping. I finally gave up because no matter what I said, they were not going to make it right. The clothes were crap and the customer service was non-existant DO NOT BUY FROM LETSPANTS.COM

They took my money and never received what i ordered and they will not answer or return the 120.00 they took from me and no phone numbers to call

If i could i would have given it 0 stars as it does not even deserve 1 star. After waiting 2 months my top finally arrived and the sizing was completely wrong , it was also made out of nasty polyester material and was just horrible !
E-mailed the company the day it arrived to find out her to return it and get my money back, three weeks later they have not even bothered to reply to me and so i don't know how to send top back.
Please don't waste your money on this terrible shoddy company!!

After they took almost 2 months to send my purchase, the dress was a wrong size. The fabric is horrible. It seems to be a pijamas instead a dress. It was a too expensive dress and i will never use it, because is not my size
Dissapointing!!! ☹️

I purchased what was supposed to be a donkey sweatshirt hand painted. The top, when it eventually arrived was nothing like the photo in the advert. The material was completely different, it was a non sweatshirt material, much thinner and there were paint Mark's right across the whole of the donkeys face. A cheap imitation- dont buy! I couldn't even leave a review on their site as it wouldn't recognise my email address, so don't trust their reviews either!
Don't want to spend more money sending this back.
