I ordered 4 items
On arrival 1 item was not even what I ordered. 2 items didnt fit.
1 item was ok but need one size up but since I cant return/exchange just used it for gardening.

I wanted to return 3 items and get refund. However the company has not refunded my money, nor provided me with returns option. Furthermore the company tells me that they sent the right items to me and even after sending them pictures of what I ordered and what I got and they still asked me the same questions or they just stop responding.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE unless YOU ARE WILLING TO LOOSE UR MONEY

THERE IS NO RETURNS OPTION EVEN AFTER YOU CONTACT THEM.

I have now asked my bank for help.

Even during times like this, how this company can just take people's money is a joke!

Really dont buy from this place because it's not great

I have been trying to get a response from this company for weeks. I got a confirmation and a shipping number BUT it still hasn’t been shipped and it has been three weeks. I finally got a response but they said they couldn’t find my order and could I send a screenshot with the order number, items and tracking number to prove I was telling THEM the truth. They also asked me for a screenshot of my payment receipt - which is in PayPal so also has a list of the items descriptions. Still waiting on a response. PayPal can’t help now since it was a legit charge so there is nothing I can do unless they run away with my money or send me garbage. I don’t know what these people are thinking treating customers like this.

Awful Awful quality

Took weeks and weeks to arrive and when it did the 'hoodie' is about as thin as a cotton t-shirt. Terrible quality and the material is that thin it's pretty much see through. And it cost a ridiculous £26. Disgusting for what actually arrived.
So disappointed as it's a late present for my mum (missed her actual birthday due to the late delivery).

Sent wrong items.
Cheap shoddy materials, nothing like the pictures.

I have to say, I’m very pleased with Let’s Pants from start to finish. Easy ordering system, sizes matched descriptions, pictures are accurate. Only thing I should mention is the longer delivery time. As I work in online retail I do understand and appreciate it can take some time to go through customs etc. Love my new clothes!

Wish i had seen more true reviews before I ordered. Quality is poor and service is even worse. Sizes are child sizes not adult and they refuse to make it right no refund. Took 5 weeks to respite d to my email. Font be fooled by the pictures. The are false advertising at its finest. RUN. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Part of shipment missing, no customer service, complete sham of a business.

Do NOT buy from this company!!! I wish I researched beforehand. I spent $119 for a pair of boots and 2 pairs of pants. I received the wrong boots and the pants were too short & tight. Their response to me wanting to return the merchandise was a joke! They had me send pics of everything. Then they tried to talk me into keeping it & offered a $5 credit for their crappy website! Also, wouldn't give me the address for returns. I've been corresponding back & forth for 2 weeks now after waiting a month for this garbage to arrive. On their site it says I have to pay to ship it all back & they will take out their shipping costs from my refund. I found out shipping it back would cost almost as much as the items & if they also take out their shipping costs I'd be in the hole. So I'm stuck with this garbage. I wish I could attach the pics here but trust me, the quality is terrible. The pants are see-through as well with strings hanging off of the zipper. Ughhhhh

Be careful! I ordered three items and all of them are VERY artificial and not at all like on the pictures. I wrote review but they are not showing it. Classic chinese very poor quality, I would never pay this money for anything like that.

Ordered on 4/14 didn't get until 6/29. I did have to message twice threatening that if I don't get a response I will go to PayPal for a refund. Then a week later they responded stating to wait another week at least because it's on it's way. It took a week and half to have some sort of change/update in tracking but it still took another 2 and half weeks to get delivered. Size is a little smaller than expected and it's not the colors as shown in the picture.

Dreadful, deceitful company. Refuse to answer messages, completely stonewall you if you have a complaint or wish to cancel an order and when the order does arrive it is missing items anyway.

The consumers right to cancel and refund is part of consumer rights law in the UK. It does not matter why, yet they question and question and question refusing to accept your request.

They say they are fast, the only thing they are fast with is taking your money. The order takes ages to dispatch, but they are quick to post as soon as you ask to cancel. They seem to be under the impression that once dispatched it is too late. Oops, your problem now.

If you don't like being treated as idiot, do not buy from this company.

NOT worth 1 star , extremely poor , cheap products , now getting told from customer services that they did not send them , not their face label , refusing to allow me to send them back , paid over £30.00 for them , wouldn't pay you a 1p

Scam company - did not know the pants were from China. I had to pay a huge custom duty to get the goods into Denmar because the company sent the pants from unknown. And the pants a really lousy quality. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. They sent me the wrong item, and when I emailed them to tell them they sent the wrong item, they just asked me to keep it and offered me a gift card of 3USD to compensate. So they wanted me to pay and keep an item I didn’t order. So many emails back and forth and they continued to say the same thing of asking me to keep the item, even suggesting I give it to a friend. No help and terrible customer service.

They say their products are eco friendly bamboo but when you get them they’re polyester on the label.

Don't order from this place you don't ever get it. I have emailed several times and all I get is the run around.

Not even one star. Ordered 6 items. After nearly two months only received too of them. Items are two sizes smaller then advertised. This place is a rip off.

Very happy with my experience first time using this company. Very pleased with what I ordered good quality and fits perfectly. My parcel was delivered quicker than expected. Would recommend this company and will use again.

They take the money immediately, won't let you cancel the order even when the goods haven't been shipped. IF you actually receive anything it will be shoddy quality, not as described and several sizes too small. No customer service. No telephone number.

Do not buy anything from this company.

Also, when there are two "one-star" reviews, why has Trustpilot given them an overall rating of 3 stars?
