I paid to unlock my iPhone 6 locked under AT&T. It took a few days and then I had an email to say it was completed.

iPhone 6 purchased but found out it was reported as lost/stolen in US. Carrier was the big orange one formerly known as singula - will not name carriers for fear of being outed! Used letsunlockiphone service and phone was unlocked within about 7 days. Phone is working fine with a local Asian carrier SIM now. Per their warning the phone would not work if used back in US as it is still reported as lost/stolen there, but that is okay since I live in Asia, not US. I highly recommend this service. It's not fake I assure you 100%. DOn't be put off by the funny name. They have very responsive customer service via email and work hard to get your unlock to work... They do say 5 days, i think it's 5 business days. Anyway don't be put of if you have to wait a little longer it seems they work hard to get your unlock. Probably a trade secret how they do the unlock, a mystery to the customer, but I'm glad to pay $90 USD if they make the unlock happen permanently. Not sure where the company is based I am guessing somewhere in Eastern Europe given the email accents - anyway don't hesitate with them and just unlock!

Paid for the order and got NOT FOUND as a result even though my phone met all the requirements: not in contract, clean IMEI, not blacklisted, etc. Sent them emails but they kept giving me automated and unprofessional emails as in bad English. I'm starting to think this site isn't even operated by English speakers. They didn't answer my question or just evaded it and said the same thing all over. Stay away from them!!!

The main problem is that I've purchased a blacklist AT&T unlock over 32 days ago and haven't received it, even though they declared a maximum processing time of 5 days. After contacting the support multiple times I ALWAYS received a standardized answer which didn't answered all of my question. They just told me it was normal as AT&T is currently changing their unlocking policies, etc. When I asked them for a refund, they just told me the same thing as before. If I buy an unlock with a max of 5 days, I'm fine to wait even 5 more days, but 30 days? No thanks. And the worst thing of all is that the warning they put in the description of the unlock I bought, which says they are currently having issues, didn't exist at all when I ordered it. I can't understand how they are still selling it.

If you got a clean IMEI you can definitely trust in the service.
Paid via PayPal. It was the lowest price i found on web and it worked.
I could have thrown the phone away, cause it was worthless with the lock.

I really love the service they provided. took me 4 days to get my device unlocked which was Very fast. but the price was a little expensive which was totally worth it.

I'm using this service, never ever trust the LetsUnlockiPhone Support Team !

I know the service may take longer than usual but I'm waiting now for 4 months to get my iphone unlocked (Service: O2 UK iPhone 3/3GS/4/4S/5 Unlock). I've paid $107.00 and I've got no refund, not even a reply from the support team about my order status.

It's a really poor service to avoid. How long my order gonna last? 6 months, one year, two years ?!

Apparently, I'm not the only one in this case (check the comments below) so please refund me if you are not able to do anything for me !!

So order placed in June 16, 2015.
Finally on September 01, 2015, THEY COULDN'T UNLOCK IT.
"Hello,
we won;t be able to unlock your phone. We tried to sent you money but receive the message from PAYPAL: We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."

Now on October 21, 2015. STILL NO REFUND.
"Dear Consumer,
we are doing our best to refund you ASAP.

Sorry for inconveniences!"

This is how they do business. They waste people's trust. I'm so disappointed.
