I have made my order in 16 of July, it's August 17 so 2 months have passed and nothing... not even got my money back, just one word: BAD

I have been told 5 days. It's already over and still no response. I tried to email their support team and still no reply. These people are not trustworthy.

Looking at the site it looked pretty trust worthy, the prices where also decent. Though this site has very mixed reviews i wanted to see if my iphone 5s on o2 uk could actually be unlocked for this price within the 7-10 buisness days.

After waiting 10 buisness days i check on my order to see if it has been unlocked and says its being processed. I come back to it to following week to see the same message. I had also checked my email messages and junk. I contact them asking "i've waited 3 weeks for my order and its still processing!!! was it even successfully unlocked or just ignored?! please can you tell me what is actually happened to my order".

To my surprise they contacted me within 10 minutes and said its "unlocking process." which i have known for 4 weeks. So it led me to this review because it really wasn't that helpful. Please can your support team actually tell me what has happened to my order apart from "unlocking process." and if it didn't work tell me and give me a refund please!!!

maybe if i lived in the US i would have a better experience but this company does advertise pretty much world wide so they really need to step up their game!

Hi everybody.
I want to tell my situation. My iphone locked to France Orange and blacklisted. I know because i am using it right now on France Orange. I paid 39$ for France Orange Blacklisted/Not found service on 27 March 2015. And today they have written as "NOT FOUND". I think nobody should pay for any services on this website.

At first I was a little hesitant to use this website but my experience turned out to be Great! I used Paypal to pay for their unlocking service to be on the safe side.
I received my unlock in just 3 days! Just as the website claimed! After I restored my iPhone using iTunes it was saying that my iPhone is Unlocked and now I can use it with any carrier! Great service guys! Thumbs up to you!

I'm still waiting since December 2014 for an iCloud activation service and it seems they are attempting to deny or cheat customers' review of their experience about the service they advertise. It was supposed to be completed within a month per their advertisements but still their are giving excuses after excuse to deceive more people. I'm just asking now for my $135, I don't want any of their services.
Any one can check my order number DU_24F03AFE6CE9DD9D54BD and judge how long is too long.

I Paid on 7th March for Iphone4 Rogers Canada but got nothing, yesterday mailed them for refund and today I got "Not Found" in status at website and my full refund in PayPal account.

It's A Good Website For You Too Unlock IPhones

I have been waiting patiently and it is almost a month now since I order from this site! It keeps saying process, and on the email it says 1-7 business days! Am I being scammed or they are having problems and people I know have iPhone 6 and they were relying on me to see if this site is official, so that they can unlock their phone! And if this is scam I want a refund please!

However there is one thing. Why I can't use my unlocked from Verizon iPhone in the USA. it is very bad news. I read about it before purcahsing this unlock. And i know that there are no services that can unlock Verizon iPhone for US usage. It's verizon's policy only. I understand that it doesn't depend on you and I hope you will find the solution. By the way, thank you for unlocking my iPhone, niow I can use it in India.

I was a little weary at first because I have never heard of this company but they kept to their word :D. I had my iPhone 6 unlocked in four days which was within their timeframe of 1-5 business days and I followed their directions in the email to unlock the iPhone. To those that are doing this for the first time I say be patient, relax, and follow every step. Don’t rush it just because you want it done now, also BACK UP YOUR INFO, BACK UP YOUR INFO, BACK UP YOUR INFO!!!!!!!!!! Its no ones fault but yours if you restore your phone and don’t back up your stuff to the Cloud or iTunes on your computer. I work for a cell phone carrier and I see this literally everyday!

everytime i ask them for refund they say please wait 2 more weeks,
now they do not reply at all.
THEY WASTED MY TIME (AND STOLE ME 135$)

My review was posted on Jan 3, and the refund was sent Jan 4, 2015, 07:46 PST.

My order has bee accepted on Oct.30th,and a day after status read "in process".Well,we're in Novembe now,18th to be exact,and my order is still(wait for it) "in process"! Why? I had sent 5 emails to find an answer to this question,but got no response from you.What's more,your so called "chat" is always off-line.Please,dont't bother giving me that "I don't see you on my system"line,cause it doesn't work for me.Can you unlock my iPhone 5,or not? If the answer is no,then return the money,so I can give my business to the company that ca,and will do the job.It'll cost me $20 over your price,but results will be mailed to me in 48 hours!

11/22: Exactly 2 months later, my phone was still not unlocked but a refund was issued with no explanation. Just realized I can just find a friend who uses AT&T and ask them to use their account to unlock my iPhone for free on AT&T's website.

11/8:I've been patiently waiting for 35+ business days but my order status for the $19 USA ATT Out Of Contract Unlock still shows "In Process". Haven't gotten an update or a response when I inquired about status after the 30th business day. Not happy with this transaction. Hoping this review will let me get my money back if they can't unlock it soon.

I have an iPhone4 locked by Tele2 (Sweden), just use the service for the first time. I take 2 weeks, and finally my iPhone was unlocked, perfect. Moreover everytime I contact with the service, they all answer me with appropriated reply, I am highly appreciated it.

DO NOT under any circumstance get your phone unlocked through this website. All they want is your money and then no sign of getting your unlocked email after that. I gave my order in on Aug 30, it has been a month and a half. When I email them they give me a generic response like, "at&t servers are down." Oh, so they're still down 2 weeks after I email you?

I have had enough, so I emailed them again saying I will file a dispute with Paypal if I don't get my refund. They replied back to me saying,
"Dear Consumer,
we are expecting results this week. If any disput or other will be opened on Paypal your IMEI will be blacklisted immediately and permanetly which will prevent your device from using it with any SIM card.

Have a nice day"

They threatened me from disputing by saying they will blacklist my phone! They thought I was stupid to think they have the power to blacklist MY PHONE.
I disputed anyway because I only had one day left to file a claim (you have 45 days to report a claim through PayPal) , and the same day I get a NOT FOUND email and my money back.

I am glad I got my money back from them while other people are still waiting.

Getting a reply to my review from this company after 4 months, shows how attentive they are to their customers.
And actually it wasn't blacklisted, I got my phone unlocked by another company and it works fine, please do not put false accusations against your customers, there were no fraud actions on my part, only yours.

I made the order to unlock an AT&T iphone 5 on 06/06/2014 and the order still in process (10/05/2014). I realized that I'm not getting my money back, because it is too late to fill a dispute on paypal. I sent an email but they are just automatic responses. Be aware !

More than one month, and they can't unlock it.
They sent me a "Apple database report" saying it's unlock.
But it's not.
