Great customer service!

I really appreciated the professionalism, sweet, caring professionals I have encountered using this platform. My firm had an issue very recently and we were aided with the most incredible customer service. I didn't feel rushed, I felt heard, and most importantly we fixed the issue! I just had to leave a review in my support of such a great company. Whatever you pay Crystal specifically, pay her double! She's a gem.

Excellent customer service!

I was having an issue with my law firm's online scheduling service, and I learned that LexReception has their own native program called Setmore. I usually dread figuring out and integrating new apps/softwares, but Subhojit helped me and was amazing and made everything easy for me. He was so patient and walked me through setting up Setmore, which ended up being a far more user friendly and robust program that I was previously using. I love that I can call up LexReception and get my issues resolved right away.

I am genuinely impressed with the excellent and fast customer service that LexReception provides. Their reception services are wonderful too. Clients will often tell me how friendly, funny, or helpful my "receptionist" is. I highly recommend LexReception over other legal answering services. LexReception is an invaluable service to my solo law firm.
