Worst Company I Have Ever Dealt With

Worst Company I Have Ever Dealt With

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with LFA Machines has been so consistently terrible that I feel obligated to warn others.

I have purchased two machines from this company, and even those transactions were difficult. But the real nightmare begins when you need parts or customer support.

They allow customers to purchase parts online that they do not actually have in stock. They take your money, then weeks later you’re forced to chase them down only to find out the item was unavailable the entire time. Waiting three weeks to learn a part isn’t in stock is unacceptable for any business.

Their communication is the worst I have ever experienced. Calls go unanswered for days. Voicemails are ignored. Messages are not returned for weeks, if at all. If your machine is down and you need help, good luck getting anyone to care.

Most recently, I tried to order a Firmapress, and suddenly I was told they no longer ship to residential addresses. Strange, considering they previously shipped machines directly to my residence and Firmapress. Policies seem to change depending on the day or who you speak to.

The only reason this company survives is because there are limited alternatives in their niche. The moment serious competition arrives, companies like this will lose customers immediately.

If you are a small business owner and value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Terrible service. Terrible communication. Terrible experience.
