Pretty good chair, and comfortable. the back rest flows with your spine and adapts effortlessly. I would purchase again.

I bought this chair in January. However I was not able check it carefully immediately...

I unpacked and mounted it in March 26 and had tested it for a month trying to understand how comfortable it was. Advertisements all over the Internet promised that it's the best chair ever, but the reality turned not slightly different, but completely opposite.

The chair is designed for short people with the height up to 160cm - not taller. I am 176cm and it is not possible to find a good position on the chair because the sit is extremely short, causing legs to hang all the working day. Back support is also so-so, because it's narrow.

Eventually, the chair caused extreme backpain much worse than I had before. I contacted the support and complained. Any you know what? They just said the the return window has been closed. They just do not care how drastic they make your health to decline for your money.

Advertised massage feature is just a marketing that does nothing except pushing you off the short seat. Perfect way to remind that I failed blindly choosing a right working chair.

I am not sure what to do with this awful piece that was perfectly promoted at the launch.

Support does not make any steps to help, just total indifference.

UPDATE:
- the seatback cannot be locked in position;
- the topmost position is not usable, because it causes too straight position, while the first inclined position is too much;
- the seat itself is drastically short, causing legs to hang all the time;
- the lumbar support is too aggressive, in fact it causes a lot of backpain instead of preventing it; there is no way to find a neutral position, because the minimal support already pushes the back forward.

The Bottom Line
Sitting Comfort: Great.
Everything Else: Absolute madness.
The chair had a massive creaking issue right from the start. In February, I contacted support for help regarding the noise. What followed was a total disaster.

Support Timeline: A Test of Patience
• Feb 11 | Support: "Yeah, we will send a replacement 'sometime'."
• Feb 26 | Me: "Any update?"
• Mar 05 | Me: "Any update?"
• Mar 14 | Me: "Any update?"
• Mar 16 | Support: "Germany currently has no replacement parts available. Please wait until early April."
• Apr 29 | Me: "Any update?"
• Apr 30 | Support: "Yeah, we can send it now."

The part finally arrived a week later.

The Next Problem: Complex Part & Zero Help
Once the replacement part arrived, the real trouble started:
• The mounting of the new part is completely different from the initial construction.
• There was no manual, no instructions, and absolutely no help provided.
• After hours of struggling, I realized I had to order a brand-new gas lift because the old one is completely stuck in the original part.

Current Status: Left in Pieces
To avoid even more hassle with their support, I just decided to order a new gas lift out of my own pocket.
• Website Promise: 3–5 shipping days.
• Reality: It has been 10 days now. Nothing has happened, and there has been zero change in the delivery process.

The sad result: I honestly like to support newcomers and startups. But this has been a complete mess. My chair has now been disassembled for two weeks and is completely unusable while I sit around waiting for parts.

BTW for Support, since Support seems to check Trustpilot more than other messages.

Dont normally leave reviews but i had a problem with my office seat and it was fixed no problems. The little bracket that attaches to the arms had snapped, either by me assembling or in transit.

But they shipped a complete new base, it took a while but i understand they do not have the parts ready to go.

But great seat and would buy again.

Yeah just dont bother with this chair, if you are going to spend $800+ on a chair this is not it. Bad customer service and cheap chair. They sell it with hype of electronics and "massage" which does jack shit. Literally just pushes you off the chair.

The chair is a beautiful piece of design. Very well-engineered and produced. Assembly instructions are excellent. Collateral materisls also very good.

My only issue is with the random extended delivery times.

Chair is too expensive, armrest do not extend forward enough, armrests do not extend outward enough for people with wider shoulders, seat pan depth too short.

I strongly advise caution when considering a purchase from this brand. My experience has been unnecessarily frustrating, revealing a company that avoids honoring its promises.

I purchased the LiberNovo Omni Dynamic Chair before it was delivered, the price dropped significantly and now includes a free bundle.

Instead of honoring the price match (which is all I was asking for), the support team spent days providing slow, generic replies that ignored my points and ultimately offered only a partial refund of what was due.

The customer support process is painful, often taking close to 24 hours for a response, only for the reply in an uninformed manner, forcing continuous follow-up.

My chair remains unopened. I have given the support team multiple opportunities to provide the full price match as promised or simply confirm the steps for a hassle-free return so I can reorder at the new, lower price. If they cannot resolve this simple matter quickly, I will be returning the product for a full refund.

Let's see if LiberNovo CA values keeping a customer and making things right.

Ordered the large chair and received in good time. Setup was easy.

Biggest issue is the chair depth is nowhere near enough for a 6'2" person. I'd actually say if you are over 5'10" tall then this chair isn't for you. I had a good 6" of space between the edge of the chair and my lower legs, making it feel like I was hanging off.

On top of this the responsiveness from customer services wasn't great. It took a while to receive a response, and when it was agreed the pickup had challenges and returned to the wrong location causing stress and a lot of back and forth over email to resolve.

Purchased the chair because specs worked for my height for ergo office chair. I received it and set it up to the instructions. Upon measuring, there was a 2 inch discrepancy in the minimum height setting for the seat pad advertised by the company. The company wouldn’t stand by their advertised specs and permit a return, and said they deemed that a reasonable difference. In addition, there was some foam missing in the seat pad, creating a noticeable difference in one section of the seat pad. I included this quality issue as well as blemishes that were on the chair. They said they did not recognize any of these issues as a quality concern. I’m very disappointed given the cost in the lack of customer service and seemingly AI responses. Buyer beware.

I was excited for this chair. But it broke upon assembly. And it was found that their pieces did not fit right. They were originally working with me to help. But they neglected to tell me their factory was having delay issues and then they messed up a shipment themselves. It’s now been two months and I still don’t have a working chair. They finally sent me a replacement piece except it’s not helping to resolve my issue. And I keep asking for a refund because all that has gone wrong with the chair has been on their end. And I was told that it’s out of the return period and I can’t get one. That makes me very upset because everything that’s gone wrong was done by them not me. I still can’t use my chair and I’m out almost $1,000 now.

Excellent chair. The material does get dirty easily. I purchased the larger seat and a reward was provided that fits the standard seat and pops off the larger seat.

The footstool is excellent, chair massage is very good. Chair quality is excellent.

Read real reviews online. The reviews from real users are awful. I bought this model and put together easily only to find out the seat would slowly lower to lowest level anytime you recline. Was about to return it then I Google search about the issue, common issue. There is a video where you take the cushion seat (bottom cushion) off and loosen the 2 screws on base of seat, this actually fixed the problem. They send out a product that is faulty and the consumer has to figure out have to fix it. This company does bad quality control. Hope this helps someone with same issue.

I really enjoy sitting on this chair for my daily work from home. The company send a couple of goody bags that was a welcome surprise.

LiberNovo takes care of their people. Their customer service is top notch! Yes we are customers, but they treat us like family. If a problem arises, they always do what is necessary and they go above and beyond to rectify the issue quickly. So glad to be part of the family. The LiberNovo Omni is an extra part of my body that I didn't know I needed until I received that very large box and set it up.
