Great company. The set of bags I ordered came in, timely, as expected. The leather is genuine. The bags have many organizing pockets so it’s not just one jumbled mess.
Customer service responds quickly.

Falsely advertised as luxury leather which it clearly is not. When I contacted Customer Services asking them to confirm what it's made from they ignored my question and just said I couldn't return it as it was purchased in the sale. I never said anything about returning it so they obviously didn't bother to actually read what I'd put. I can only assume that they get so many requests for refunds that they thought this was another one. The irony is that (apart from the gaudy exterior zips) I quite like the bag and was planning to keep it regardless of what it's made of but I don't like being scammed. I searched for ages on their website and eventually found the disclaimer about the "leather"and also the returns policy. It took some determination though. It's an OK quality vegan "leather" but there's nothing luxury about it.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I really wish I could give 0 stars. Sham company. Utterly false advertising - the ad repeatedly states 'quality leather' what I received was a really cheap, smelly, thin, plastic bag. I contacted customer services via email to return it for a full refund - as per their advert - and they have spent nearly 2 months fobbing me off with 40% off, then 50% off, now 60% off. The language they have used has been less and less friendly each time, telling me I should take the discount because 'its a win'. For them maybe. I've asked for a returns label about 20 times, finally received an address, to then be told I'd have to pay for postage. To Australia!
Awful product, awful company. Avoid.

I do not rate this company and would give less than 0 star if I could. Their description of a luxury leather bag is completely misleading and an untrue statement. When I complained about the smell, floppyness and inferior quality of the their overhyped product they sent me a flyer for ‘vegan’ leather to read.
When I tried to return it they offered me 30% refund and then 40% and told me to keep the bag ! Even they didn’t want it back!!! The deficit in refund is the cost of returning it to Australia.
Do not buy from this company, their product description is a sham and purchase and return process is a scam.

Waited a very long time for delivery. Only to be extremely disappointed with the cheap and nasty product.
The smell is horrendous, takes forever to get it out of my nose.
Needless to say....it went in the bin!!!!
It was supposed to be a birthday present for my sister.....so disappointed! With this company.
Only buy the bag if you want to be wasting your money!!!!!!

If the handbag is leather and colour is very mottled and unlike the photo. Have started a complaint through my bank as NO response from Libra after 5 attempts.

This seller advertises its bags as “luxury leather.” However, the product isn’t leather at all. It’s a vegan substitute, as customer service very condescendingly explained to me. Nowhere on the product page does it explain that “luxury leather” isn’t leather. Total scam. After I told them I’d be disputing the charge on my credit card, they told me I could return it to Australia at my expense (from the US) or offered me a 10% refund. I shared all this with my credit card company and am expecting the charges to be reversed. To further show they are a fraud, I saw a Facebook ad just today where the supposed founder talks about how she wouldn’t settle for fake or cheap materials and insisted on “real leather”. What a scam!!!

Not leather. Repeatedly described as genuine luxury leather on the webpage.
When I contacted customer services to complain I was sent a link to a page which starts “If you landed on this page because you were expecting leather, that makes complete sense”. They obviously now so used to complaints that they have a pre-prepared page to direct you to, which is not one you seem to be able to get to directly from their website.
Please avoid like the plague unless you enjoy being conned.

Fake advertising - these bags are not leather - and not luxury. Returns have to be made to Australia - not worth the expense ...... you end up with a cheap plastic bag that you wouldn't buy if you saw it in the shops! Beware

Tiny looking bag but fits my whole life somehow lol.

Late night scrolling on Facebook & saw the beautiful hobo purses!! Didn't do my due diligence by looking at the Libra Cases reviews!! Rec'd the black & red purses & they stunk!! Not REAL LEATHER!! I have real leather purses & these are not LEATHER!! I complained & they finally told me to ship it back for my refund. My cost of purses $89.25, Cost to return: over $100.00!! Please don't order, save your money, purchase in person where you can tell it's real LEATHER!!

Two of these bags were purchased at my address, I asked to return one as I do not need two, none of my emails have been answered. Now I am left with a bag which I will never use, had it of been a different colour yes but both were the same colour. No returns policies no reply to emails.

Do not buy this product. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Product is extremely poor quality compared to other bags I have had previously. Materials are thin, zips and clasps are very poor quality. It is a scam product.

Simple bag but it just works with everything i wear. no effort needed.

I purchased this on the back of very convincing social media advertising and it was just the style I needed. A lovely leather hobo bag! I made the mistake of looking on their website after purchase and all their bags are described as luxury leather but if you scroll to the bottom of their website, check the info section and then check "our leather" it clearly states vegan leather. There's no such thing as vegan leather!!! It's plastic, very expensive plastic! I put my concerns to them but didn't get anything convincing back, they just reiterated what was hidden on their website. I couldn't even cancel the order at that time because it was on it's way from China!!! This company needs reporting for misleading consumers into thinking they are buying luxury leather. I'd do it but for some reason my browsers won't even let me onto the website. It is being blocked as possibly a fake website. Lesson learnt, read the small print before you buy.

I purchased a bag advertised as luxury leather. I was extremely disappointed to note it was plastic. I have emailed the company requesting a refund -unfortunately this has been met with silence. Understand buyer beware, but mis-selling shout be outed!

Poor quality, poor service. Still waiting for my refund. The worst customer service ever. No phone number all done via email & had to pay to return item. Appalling.

These are not real leather they state they are vegan leather made with no animal product. All man made material.
