Bought this as a gift and it worked out well. The quality looks good and doesn’t feel cheap. Shipping was smooth and support helped me with a small address change.

The quality feels better than I expected for the price. The leather texture feels nice and the hardware feels solid too. I’ve gotten a couple compliments already which is always a good sign. It arrived in about 5 days with no issues.

I love their bags; sooo comfortable to carry around and really goes with my outfits too!

The bag I purchased is NOT real leather, even though it is advertised as soft LEATHER! Over priced. I would not buy again and I certainly wouldn't recommend.

Ordered one of their bags and it's nowhere near what they describe. They guarantee 100% refund if you are unhappy and yet won't let me return the bag!
Do not trust this company!!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. They use Speed X delivery- no bag delivered, no person to talk to as Speed X, no satisfaction from Libra Cases, no refund. Scammers...

I cried when I opened the parcel containing my luxury leather bag and found a PVC, cheap, nasty bag inside. Certainly not 'luxury leather' and on their website their definition of leather is a load of cobblers. This so called vegan leather may be kind to animals but its manufacture is toxic to the environment.
Too embarrassed to be seen out with this tacky bag so it will have to go to the charity shop or local jumble sale.
I feel so disappointed and saddened by this scam particularly as I bought it as a birthday present for myself from my late husband who recently died.
If anyone knows a way to warn others of this awful company and their scam please let me know.

In February, I purchased the 3-piece set in purple-red; received it and was the wrong color. Requested correct color and a prepaid shipping label to return the product. "Emily" responded immediately that she would take care of it. Fast forward to today (3/31): still no product or label. Checking with my credit card company to get refund. Product is ok quality but not great. Don't purchase from them!

Don’t try to return anything, they make it very difficult and draw out the process with one sentence replies in emails. Horrible customer service.

This bag looks small but it holds alot more than expected. Been using it daily and it still keeps its shape. Delivery was on time and updates were consistent. Leather feels nice and no weird smell

Scam company claim to be luxury leather but cheap made in china rubbish also claim to do free returns but they get out of that by having a small print of no returns for sale items. Well their items are in the sale 100% of the time. You will get better quality in Primark do not buy from this company

After ordering I sent a message to support to ask a simple question. Got a reply, saying what can I help you with? I responded with the same question got a reply for that saying what can I help you with? It’s almost as if there’s nobody manning the support line.

THE “ LEATHER BAG” MADE IN AUSTRALIA, IS CHEAP VINYL, COMES FROM CHINA. A FRIEND BOUGHT THE VERY SAME BAG ON TEMU FOR $20.00. PLEASE DONT GET CAUGHT LIKE I DID.

Awful bags, cheap looking and plastic. Impossible returns process if you read the small print. Total waste of money.

The hobo bag is supposed to be premium soft leather, it is vinyl! is looks feels and smells like cheap plastic . You cannot get a refund so I’m disputing it with PayPal .BUYER BEWARE

I never received the items I ordered. When I reached out and told them, their customer service said they would refund 50% and I could keep the items. I told them I wanted 100% refund since I didn’t get the order. The next day they sent a tracking record saying I got them. I did get an email stating the order was delivered as well. When I looked out my door, there wasn’t anything there. I pulled out tracking and it was apparently sent to a different state. Usually when that happens it’s a fake Chinese company scamming people. I noticed reading reviews after their customer service was so rude, that if you do receive their product it’s a bait and switch. They offer leather and in reality it’s synthetic. I wouldn’t want that anyway. I would not have ordered anything had I been smart enough to read reviews first. Don’t waste your money on this company!

Once I posted this, they emailed today to let me know they are going to take legal action against me. So great customer service!

fake website, like a fool i ordered a "leather hobo bag" what arrived was a cheap plastic knock off, I'm not even going to bother trying to get a refund, too much hassle. I'll just put it down to my stupidity and write this review hoping a future buyer reads it before wasting their money

I made the mistake of not doing an independent review of this company. They claim to be an Australian Company based in WA who manufacture and fulfil their leather products here in Australia. They don’t. Their products are fake knockoffs sent direct from China. After I finally received the good (which I have to say I was surprised I actually got them) you could tell they were not leather by the smell. I unpicked the lining on one of them which confirmed they were not leather. I tried to do a review on their website but was met with my virus protection blocking the website advising it was a scam.
