I ordered a wrap and fries from this online shop. The waiting time was relatively short, and my food arrived quickly. However, the fries were completely over-seasoned—there was no actual taste of fries, just an overwhelming amount of seasoning and salt. Easily one of the worst fries I’ve ever had. The wrap also had a strange aftertaste, with an odd sauce and overly salty meat. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

If I could give zero stars I would have done it. I ordered in Cologne from Dean and David and waited 40minutes. I waited the last 5 minutes in front of the hotel and then the app says: we are sorry; your order has been canceled. How bad is that? Never again!!!

ordered McDonalds located 1km from my place. Indicated delivery time 25 minutes, confusing information trough the app, continously changing information about the delivery. At the end 1,5 hour to deliver fast food? Liferando information system is a joke, say it from the begining, don't lie. Even tipping the rider in advance, doesn't help. Don't tip in advance!!! Never again.

Restaurant often cancel orders after a waiting time in both delivery or collection options!
There is no clear cancellation reason to the customer via the app.
There is no way to make restaurant review for restaurants which often cancels orders.

I ordered my food through this app, Lieferando.de. It cost me 33 euros. The food was never delivered and I never got a refund. They lied that they called me to deliver the food even though my phones were active. I made several calls, sent several emails but didn't get any results. They practically stole from me. Doing business with them is a great risk.

Lieferando has reached a new low. It’s bad enough that missing items have become routine, but this time, the entire order vanished. The delivery was for my office, which has a video-recording intercom. They falsely claimed we didn’t answer the door or phone, both blatant lies.
Now, their customer service claims the delivery guy left the food in front of the door. Fun fact—they don’t even realize this is an office. We have cameras all over the place, and there was no delivery attempt, no food left at the doorstep, nothing. We just paid 51 euros for their employee’s meal.
No food, no refund, no invoice—this is not just frustrating but a serious issue for a business. Their approach and blatant lies piss me off to the point where I provoke to take legal action for this a few euros. Lieferando is proving itself to be an unreliable, careless service provider with zero accountability.

The worst customer care service !
My order got delayed, it said at start that it needed 40 min, however took like 65 min. Unfortunately i had to leave to work, so i couldnt receive my order. I complain to the customer service care Said and instead of understanding my situation of even paying the order and not eating, he blames me! Not even offering a compensation voucher. Definitely i will boycott Lieferando, i should have stayed with WOLT and everybody does ;)

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order through Lieferando. The chicken was burnt, overly salty, and completely inedible. On top of that, the bread was dry and undercooked. I reached out to Lieferando to report the issue, hoping for some resolution. However, after their so-called investigation, they did nothing to address the problem or make up for the terrible quality of the food.
I expected better service and accountability from a platform like Lieferando. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I will think twice before ordering through Lieferando again.
