The food was amazing
We ordered 2 dishes 1,5 h ago. We got in contact with the restaurant, but they told me that they have several problems with lieferando. Our dishes were ready to deliver... We should contact lieferando directly. We only have the email address. Till now nothing happens.

I used to order over Lieferando a lot because they had very good customer service and took care of any inconveniences. Now that they got rid of their hotline, there is no way of contacting the delivery service, if the restaurant is not responding.

Always when I order it takes more than an hour! Without realtime updates of where my order is, meaning I am unable to track. Just a frustrating app compared to other food delivery apps.
Happy that some of the features already cater to English clients better, but just the waiting time and tracking is very poor. Hope it improves. Been using it for more than a year and now considering to switch.

First and last time. Only after ordering do you discover they are just a middleman. Fire off the order and forget it. when the order doesn't arrive you are on your own.
very disappointed and hungry.
An hour and a half after posting this the pizza showed up. of course we had already found something else to eat. never heard from Lieferando.de.

This is a chat I had with an employee. She clearly admits that her company was at fault regarding my delivery. I have a night with no food and they also keep my money for 3 days.

You offer one single meaningful service to your clients but are not able to deliver it. You do not have a suitable IT landscape in place to help you to recognize or prevent your failure upfront. You do not handle your customer service complaints in an acceptable manner to deal with the fallout of all of the above. Dear Lieferando, I do think it is time for you to get accustomed to the thought of an insolvency rather sooner than later.
Happy to discuss a couple of constructive suggestions in case you have anyone on your payroll who is actually interested in an attempt to save your company.
