The tracking seems to work fine, but the location notifications don't. I do get frequent and annoying notifications about the android permissions the app wants to change, which I can't as they dr... See more

Instant Notification During a Car Crash – Truly Life-Changing
This app might not be the most perfectly accurate one out there, but it is absolutely worth downloading — and in my experience, it has been life-changing.
I’ve had the app for over a year now, and recently my partner was involved in a car crash. The app notified me instantly. It sets off a very loud alarm, which makes you check your phone straight away. In a situation like that, those seconds really matter.
It’s incredible peace of mind, especially if you or your loved ones spend a lot of time on the road.
My partner also mentioned that during the crash his phone was thrown across the car on impact, and the alarm sound actually helped him locate it quickly so he could access it. That is such an underrated but incredibly important feature.
For safety alone, I would recommend this app. It genuinely made a difference when it mattered most.
I have been attempting to get a link to…
I have been attempting to get a link to reset my password for 3 days in advance of my trip out of the country in 72 hours. They have emailed me repeatedly telling me to check my spam and trash. I sent them screenshots of my empty bins. They have STILL not sent a link. I’m switching to AirPods. It’s unfortunate, I’ve used Tiles for years. Previously I have recommended them to others. Never again-for a product that should help people in emergencies.
PET GPS TOO BIG FOR CATS
Pet GPS tracker - location does not update for even as long as 24hrs +. Also the Tracker is wayyy too big for a cat although it’s made for both cats and dogs. Customer service always looking for other faults instead of investigating their own devices/app. I done so many steps to the point it’s been ongoing issue for 3 days troubleshooting for three days is a joke I’m a human I have a life I’m a working person. Simply can’t take accountability if the item is faulty replace it instead of me going through so much I provided every evidence screen record screenshots. It’s crazy !
Once one of the people in your circle…
Once one of the people in your circle get logged out you can’t get them back in. Following the steps it just ended up locking the phone number after to many failed attempts!! Could do with a much simpler log back in process
Didn't clock a bad accident even w/paid version
We pay for the upgraded version that's supposed to alert you and police if someone is in an accident. My daughter was in a bad accident that totaled her car and Life360 didn't alert or even note it. When I contacted them they blamed either poor network or that maybe she was going under 25mph. Meanwhile she had an app with her insurance company which clocked the accident and alerted police. Life360 didn't do what I pay for.
Hopeless - doesn’t register movement
This app frequently doesn’t register movement in time. Absolutely hopeless given that I subscribed to track my daughter on her walk home from school.
With her walk home being 15 minutes, if anything happened to her I wouldn’t know about it. Incredibly disappointing.
I’ll be cancelling my subscription and looking for an alternative.
PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR SUBSCRIPTION YOU CANNOT CANCEL
Wish I'd read these reviews. I got a pet tracker from Life360, don't bother, it's exactly the same as a tile and really no good, so I cancelled the subscription but they kept taking the money. Tried and tried to contact nothing.
I have a Tractive tracker, and it's miles better, not without it's faults mind, but miles better than this.
The ads are so annoying!
I paid for a yearly membership. It works fine but the ads across the top and bottom of the screen are annoying. It also continues to ask to upgrade any time I add a new location when I already have a paid subscription. VERY ANNOYING. Once the year is up, I will most likely find something better.
I’m extremely disappointed with both…
I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the company’s response.
We purchased a Tile Slim (wallet tracker) at the beginning of December as a Christmas gift, so it was not unboxed or used until December 25. We began using it in January and quickly realized that it never worked at all. The wallet Tile never updated, could not be located, and was essentially unusable from day one.
After attempting to troubleshoot and use the product for several weeks, I contacted customer support on January 30 — roughly 30 days from first use, not purchase. Initially, the company was not willing to offer any resolution at all and repeatedly cited their return window based on the purchase date.
Only after escalating the issue was a warranty replacement offered. However, a replacement of the same product is not a meaningful solution when this appears to be a widely documented, systemic issue. A simple search shows thousands of similar complaints reporting that the wallet Tile does not work.
Despite clearly explaining that the product was defective from first use and that a replacement would not resolve the issue, the company refused to provide a refund.
This was not a late return or buyer’s remorse — it was a defective product paired with an unwillingness to stand behind it. I would strongly caution anyone considering the wallet Tile to read reviews carefully and be aware that if it doesn’t work (which seems common), you may be stuck with it.
Customer services is appalling
Customer services is appalling. Bought a tile for Christmas present for my sister. When it arrived. It wouldn't work. Manufacturing defect. Tried numerous of times to contact them with no response. They are complete waste of space.
Cat GPS trackers are not fit for purpose
Seriously disappointed.
The idea is great but the execution is dreadful.
If the cats are in the home zone, there is no tracking, so you can't see where they are.
You can't activate the light or sound unless you are close enough, but you don't know where they are within that home zone, which is about 100 metres or so in diameter.
The lights on the trackers randomly turn off, making it useless as a safety feature in the dark.
The app constantly crashes - about 50% of the time you click on a pet.
All three of use have different information being reported about all cats - location, last time it updated, whether the light is on or off.
Currently in the 30 day trial period so have asked for a refund - waiting to hear whether the activation fees (£150) are also going to be refunded.
The device and site are US centric, even using $ for the pricing - they haven't bothered to tailor it for other markets.
Customer support is a chat bot - good luck getting through to a real person.
All in all, a terrible product and experience.
Going with tractive, which is what I should have done in the first place.
This is a total scam
This is a total scam. Trying to get your credit card info, push "free trails" on you that cost real money.
Roadside assistance is a scam
I had Been a member of 360 for years. In that time, Ive only used roadside assistance twice. Tonight, my son's truck broke down a thousand feet from our house and roadside assistance refused to give me coverage. They charge you $7 a month for roadside assistance $15 a month for a gold membership but they only give you two services per membership year. I called and complained and they told me that I was not eligible for roadside assistance until my membership renewed in June. I asked for an explanation of the $7 a month that I was paying for Allstate roadside assistance but there was no explanation given other than I understand your frustration. I absolutely do not believe that they understand my frustration. It is incomprehensible that a company will charge $22 a month for a service and not honor that service. How is it fair that you pay $7 a month for roadside assistance when you're only eligible for roadside assistance twice a year. Why is that price not rolled up in the $15 a month that I was paying for a gold membership. With all the class action lawsuits going on in our country today this is a company that absolutely should have one filed against them
I use this just for the location aspect…
I use this just for the location aspect for my family. Its helpful to see where people are. You can also see some driving insights on the free plan wihtout paying but its mostly just so we know where we all are. Not sure why the reviews are so bad ive been using this for 5 years and no bad experiences
Avoid this app!!!
My gf installed this app in phone without my knowing. At first its good checker as to where your loved one's location but after days of using, i had different unauthorized transactions in my bank and this is the only app that was downloaded in my phone. Now I have to freeze all of my bank because of this stupid app. to Life 360, F you!!!
Do they have Customer Support??
Have been using Life360 for my kids for years. We have 2 dogs that keep escaping and I needed something that would let me know where I can pick them up. I ordered 2 of the pet gps for their collars. They work great well until
One broke. This was 1.5 weeks into having them in hand. Thinking ok shouldn’t be a problem getting it replaced. Wrong!! The customer service has been less than helpful. Two weeks later they are still trying to find my order even tho I think have given them the order number?!
There product works but they need to find some customer service people that actually do their job
Unethical and shady billing practices and mediocre service= Not a great combination
Unethical Double-Billing, plus why pay outrageous subscription fees when there are far less expensive options. I was on a grandfathered annual Silver plan ($49.99) and upgraded to Gold (not worth it) midway through that annual plan. Unfortunately, I was never refunded the prorated portion of my original plan. When I contacted support, the chat agent (a real person) acknowledged the double-billing but refused to fix it, instead directing me to Apple. It’s disappointing to see a company prioritize a 'money grab' over basic billing integrity and customer support.
Waaaay down in Section 7
Waaaay down in Section 7, Subsection C, Subsection 1 is where you will ONLY get two “Helps” a year. My youngest daughter locked her keys in the cars months back, called and got it unlocked. My oldest daughter got stuck in mud, called pulled her out 15 feet. Me, I’m driving down interstate and my engine blows. Stranded I call them and guess what, only two calls a year. They did offer to tow me for $160 plus $7 a mile. The local company charged me $100 because I was less than 3 miles from my home. DO NOT USE LIFE360. AAA is sooooooo much trustworthy and that’s saying something. God only knows what Life360 does with our info, get rid of this
This app used to be brilliant
This app used to be brilliant. Since an update it is utter rubbish. According to the app i arrived home 24hrs before i actually did and my son hasnt left the house since 24th December, when i know he was with me on at least 3 occasions more than 2 miles away! Very disappointing and potentially dangerous
Life 360 is awesome
Life 360 is awesome! My grand daughter in law was in a collision. Life 360 notified me within 3 minutes via text. Thanking God she was okay. You can't go wrong with this app. I love it!
