Melissa took good care of me , with an issue of not receiving my order , due to being sent to an in complete address .
I have used the all in one cream for 15 years, & I love the product . It is a bit pricey , but if you use sparingly, it can last 2 months!

Deceptive subcription polies.
i ordered the tanning oil, which does not seem to be working). It is not clear that when you order and get a 25% discount you are automatically signed up for the subscription. the only way to cancel is to call the customer service number. It is 866-977-1412. I called to check and sure enough they had signed me up. They did cancel. The chat is a bot and has a very limited scope of what it can help with although it did give me the customer service number. Lots of sketchy companies out there so buyer beware.

Baby hairs are back!!
Baby hairs are back!!! I started losing my edges after my 2nd child and they never came back. I started using Lifecell Hair Restoration System shampoo and conditioner plus the 5% Minoxidil about a month ago and holly crap, my hair is feeling much fuller already and my edges aren't running away anymore. I bought Lifecell all in one anti ageing cream. The product itself was ok it wasn’t miraculous but it did leave my skin looking and feeling good. This stuff was expensive. I think I was paying ( it was awhile ago) I want to say 130$ . I got caught up in the subscription loop but managed to get that stopped. I eventually canceled it all together because I found the exact same cream at WALMART of all places. This bougie cream is at Walmart for 40 bucks. Gosh! You really need to research thoroughly before buying anything.

Bad behavior by the makers
I've bought their GLOW tanning product several times. Works great when it arrives, but now i've learned it expires in a few months and they never said a word. Nowhere did it say "use by..." or "expires on ..." It was $89 for 1 ounce and 3/4 of it is now wasted. AND THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE IT OR MAKE A REFUND.

I didn’t appreciate the auto ship
Like others, I received an unexpected recurring charge which bothers me, I have no patience for sneaky tactics. There are endless products on the market to try. Customer service responded quickly and stopped the payments so this was good. The under eye cream cold tip applicator is really nice but It’s been a month and I haven’t really noticed a difference. It does moisturize, and maybe just needed more time.
