Customer service through texting or on the phone is amazing. The teeth anti-age whitener is fantastic. And it strengthens enamel! I am trying out the anti-aging cream and the fading serum. I see sl... See more

I spent $89 on the peel serum and I've seen absolutely NO RESULTS ! It didn't even peel. Garbage product ! I want my money back. You're advertising a product with guaranteed results that does absolutely nothing !!

This company is dishonest. The consumer is unknowingly forced into a subscription. They purposely skip a month then they send you 2 months orders. By that time it's even more problematic to cancel. I do not recommend. STAY AWAY!!!

I just checked my cedit card bill and I am being charged 215.00 for items I did not purchase. I would like my credit card charge to be lifted, or I will dispute this charge...I may have to do this anyway..

Like others, I received an unexpected recurring charge which bothers me, I have no patience for sneaky tactics. There are endless products on the market to try. Customer service responded quickly and stopped the payments so this was good. The under eye cream cold tip applicator is really nice but It’s been a month and I haven’t really noticed a difference. It does moisturize, and maybe just needed more time.

I’ve been billed $79 for 3 months and have received one tube of non-working lip plumper!

I've been using it for four consecutive nights, and nothing good or bad has happened to my skin. They claim the skin starts peeling after the second application. They answer that it is a slow peeling. To return the product, it is necessary to fill out a form and contact customer support to ask for the refund, a tactic that all scammers use to make it difficult to return.

For ALL of these reviews talking about being set up for a subscription without their knowledge - 1. its there in writing when ordering the trial. 2. Just order it off Amazon, which acts as a buffer against any subscription service. I've been using the All-In-One product for about 3 weeks now (Ordered off of Amazon) and have been very happy with it. BTW, the reviews on Amazon for the All-In-One product are 4.2/5 Stars

They put you into a subscription you never saw! They can’t be found to cancel it!! Never get anything from this group!! Fraud alert!!! Someone bust them for good!!

Reply from LifeCell Skin
The product was just average and definitely overpriced. My skin didn’t improve, and canceling the subscription was confusing and time-consuming. Customer support wasn’t helpful at all. Not worth the hassle or cost.

Glad I read small print and auto renew - I hate companies that put you on auto renew

Do not buy!
Was put on some subscription without knowing! Had to cancel my credit card and get my credit card to investigate fraud. They never tell you it is a subscription, and a horrendously expensive one at that. Plus, their stuff doesn't even work.

LifeCell Skin automatically locks you into a monthly membership without you knowing, charges you in the middle of the night and then notifies you after the charge has already been made, that they are processing your order. Once I realized they offer treatments for literally anything and everything aesthetic, I realized it’s a complete scam. They simply have marketing to appeal to anyone experiencing literally anything.

I ordered the product to try. I was in the hospital and unable to try it until now. They are shipping a second one ($223) when I didn't order it. After some research I saw it was the South Beach company. They did this to me with another product a couple of years ago. Total scammers

Rubbish company
Rubbish product
This company is a scam
No product and no refund
Card cancelled
Results not even close to promises made. It’s nothing more than grossly overpriced dollar store products

I ordered an overpriced lip product and, despite using it as directed, only noticed slight hydration. Unexpectedly, I was charged for auto-ship, which I don’t recall signing up for. I reached out to customer service, asking them to stop the auto-ship while keeping the second order to give it a fair chance. They quickly voided the second order, indicating it wasn't a real person I was communicating with. While I appreciate them stopping the auto-ship, it wasn’t what I requested. I’m concerned about getting reimbursed through PayPal, but at least they discontinued it right away, earning them two stars instead of one. Ultimately, this product is overpriced and underwhelming, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

I ordered the fading serum and received a rather large gift along with it. Nice!

I thought I'd try these products, so having ordered, and fully paid, I never recieved my delivery, and nobody every answered mt complaints via email or bad reviews, or though Facebook... I'm surprised they are still around, as I just assumed its all a scam

I Love the LifeCell products, they make my skin brighter & soft. The Facebook customer service is really the best!! People just need to read that in the terms & conditions it informs this is subscription based!! Also you can ask for one purchase by calling in. All of them come under guarantee.
