Different product received, delivery delay and delayed refund

Item ordered via B &Q on 1 Dec, delivered 3 weeks later than promised, looked nothing like the photo I chose it from, so requested to return it. It was picked up and I was told by Ella that it would be refunded within 3-5 business days. 7 business days later - I checked my account and there is no refund. Also, the 'contact seller' form no longer works, so I've lost £81 and a huge amount of time chasing delivery of an item which wasn't the one used to sell it etc.
After me chasing this up, I received my refund on 27/1/26

** THIEVES - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY**

I had a very troubling experience with LIFEIDEAS. The LUNO delivery man left my parcel in an insecure location, which led to it being stolen by the LIFEIDEAS delivery man when he came to my house to deliver my sofa. I was not at home at the time. He noticed a parcel from LUNO (a mattress) in my hallway, falsely claimed it belonged to LIFEIDEAS, and took it. My neighbour witnessed this; the driver was in a white pick-up van with the registration KV69 ZNS. When the driver returned to deliver the sofa, I confronted him, and he apologised, claiming he had taken the mattress to the LIFEIDEAS warehouse.

I do not trust this company; I believe they are thieves. I strongly advise against using their services unless you want to risk having your hard-earned money taken from you. I have photos of the driver and the van, and I am currently seeking legal advice.

As a result of this incident, I had to purchase another mattress, which cost me an additional £100.
