Made to measure blind

I was looking for a nice white faux-wood venetian blind with larger slats for the kitchen and came across the Shop4Blinds site. The price looked good so I placed my order.
Delivery time was a couple of weeks and the blind arrived very well packaged.
The blind is now fitted and is perfect. I particularly like the drawstring slat adjuster, rather than the round 'wand' that most venetians have. Very pleased and more than happy to recommend. Thanks :-)

Good company to deal with

Finding the right colour and type blind was easy, and when we needed help, we could speak to someone. This is a good compnay to deal with.

Disappointed

First of all, the blinds took 5 weeks to arrive. Then, when they finally did arrive, it took forever to get them to work properly. The instructions are impossible to understand, with tiny, blurred illustrations and very unclear directions. We called to ask for help, but just got a generic email back - no phone call. Not very impressed, seeing as these weren't cheap blinds.

Great Customer Service

Nearly a year after purchasing 3 motorised blinds there was a problem with the operation of one and when I contacted Naomi at Lifestyle Blinds I received a prompt reply and good advice plus an offer to take the blind back to the factory to resolve the problem should the trouble shooting not sort out the issue. The blind is now functioning as it should so thanks for helping.
It's great to receive good customer service when many companies are still hiding behind Covid protocols for failing to assist customers as they should - 10/10

You get what you pay for and more!!

Most of us tend to be a little skeptical about buying anything on the internet. I have come unstuck on more than one occasion, but by luck, I came across the Lifestyle Blinds website at the right time. When I read through the details, I felt Lifestyle Blinds were good guys, a fantastic product, and knew what they were about. Being a little ancient, I like to contact people directly and was amazed at the quick response and ease to talk to someone. I was loaded with all the information that I needed and saw they were the right product for my windows and patio. Over the years, I have regretted a few decisions, but not this time.
The blinds came with excellent instruction, and I couldn't believe how easy they were to fit. They look great, brilliant value, so we went for that extra bit of luxury, the smart motorised ones-
Go buy some!!

I just received my new vertical blinds and absolutely love them!

The quality of the fabric is great, very sturdy, and they were super easy to put up.

Very impressed!

Really love my new blinds! I struggled for ages to make a decision and would not have normally ordered something like this online but got loads of help from the girl on the phone and received samples quickly for all the choices. Excellent quality. I was only going to do kitchen but ended up doing sitting room and dining room too. Was a bit nervous about doing my own measurements but got help with their instructions. Have recommended you! Many thanks!

I needed a blind for my roto loft…

I needed a blind for my roto loft window everywhere seemed to do velux, did a search and found this company did them , contacted them and it was a hassle free experience from the offset. The price was very reasonable and blind arrived before the expected delivery, fitted perfect :-) would highly recommend this company i would definately use again

Amazing glitter blinds, very happy customer!

I was looking for some glitter blinds and found this company and did some research. Their reviews are really high on loads of other review sites and after reading the reviews on trustpilot I was a bit confused as to why it didn’t match up so I called them up to speak to them because I so wanted these glitter blinds.

I spoke to such a nice lady who helped me and guided me on how to measure and I ordered the blinds I wanted. They arrived in less than 10 days and were the most amazing fabric, soooo much nicer than I could have imagined!

They look absolutely gorgeous in my bedroom and I could not be happier.

I don’t understand the bad reviews on here, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and I would say to look at the reviews on other sites to compare, where there’s hundreds of amazing reviews!

Absolute shocking comapany

*** Update - Amazing the company responds on here in minutes but not to my refund request!!
There is no excuse for the delivery lead times which are NOT advertised. Funnily enough the agent told me its covid causing problemes then that the factory was shut and now im being told its made to order. Utter crap

Absolute shocking comapany. My husband ordered some replacement slats under the impression they would be with us in days. Days later we realise they havent even acknowledged our £150 order or confirmed a delivery time.
Calls are straight to voicemail, no-one answers them.
Live chat is disabled and sends you to an email. No-one answers
when I eventually get a one liner response i am told it will be nearly 3 WEEKS before my slats will even be despatched from factory! This isn't made to order this is standard length replacments we expected imminently. Trying to get anyone to call you to sort a refund is impossible. Will NEVER use again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Poor Customer Service

Been trying to get information and order blinds for some time, but I've had no response to my calls and emails. Customer service is appalling. So unable to feel safe to order blinds online and will go elsewhere.

Ordered and paid for blinds to be told a week later that they can't make them. Should have had it advertised on the website their sizings limitations. Wouldn't trust these and would order elsewhere.

Unless you're happy to do the chasing, don't bother.

Ordered some replacement slats back in March, I decided to go with this company due to the good reviews on THEIR website, and the 50/50 reviews on Trust Pilot. I received my blinds yesterday (3 weeks) and, while I absolutely love them and they look fantastic on my windows, the customer service, the email communication regarding my order, is absolutely nothing to be desired. I had to get in touch with them to find out when my order would be dispatched only to be told they would be dispatched on 7th March (I ordered them on the 18th March), to then email again to check the error in their response, to then be told they would be dispatched on 4th April, for April 4th to come to having received no dispatch email, to then be told they will be dispatched on 7th April (they came on the 8th April), during this time I was assured I would receive a dispatch email, which I didn't, then I was told I would receive a delivery refund (which I haven't), during all of this time, no electronic communications exist, the phone lines are rubbish, the inadequate information given isn't acceptable, so, while I am happy for my blinds, I won't be using this company again, it's like a dog chasing it's own tail - haven't experienced such inefficiency with another company before.

Poor service and customer service doesn’t exist

I wouldn’t bother customer service is awful and the tracking is rubbish, saying item was arriving and never did, waited five days and in the end had to escalate to PayPal
Items never arrived, pay the extra £5 and go with blinds for go they arrived in a week
When I was waiting 10 weeks in total with blinds to go.

The worst quality I’ve seen and at such…

The worst quality I’ve seen and at such a price. It almost seems as if scraps from a building site were used with a bit of glue. There were no instructions, the cordless mechanism didn’t work and the pull bar kept slipping out. Avoid!
