I don't know what's happened to 'Lifestyle blinds'.
All my house is fitted with their blinds and I've always had excellent service. I don't know if they've been taken over but their customer service is now non-existent. I ordered replacement slats with a 7-10 day delivery slot. After 17 days I had heard nothing so I sent them 3 messages and an e-mail with no response. I threatened them with county court action and the slats arrived. The slats are excellent, the customer service is rubbish. There's NO excuse for not, at least, replying to my E-mails. Do yourself a favour, find a proper blind company and order from them. That's what I'm going to do.

Excellent quality, price and Delivery.
I have just received my replacement vertical slats for my kitchen from Lifestyle blinds.
The price was very good, the quality of the blinds was excellent, as I did not order the dearer quality.
I ordered samples first which I received within 48 hours.
This is the 3rd time I have used lifestyle blinds and I cannot fault them.
My first order was for replacement grey blackout slats for my conservatory, my second order was for a very wide, cream blackout roller blind for my french doors and now this last order for my kitchen.
My last order arrived within 7 working days and I received a text and email informing me of the time slot that I should expect delivery.
I have recommended Lifestyle blinds to friends who have used this company and they are also pleased.

Would not recommend
Ordered blind in July, delivery was meant to be 7 days, eventually got it around a month later. It's obvious they are overstretched from the long time it takes to get replies to emails and when you do get a response, it doesn't answer all of your points. Usually companies automatically issue tracking details on despatch but this took a lot of chasing to obtain.
I'm sure the staff are doing the best that they can and they seem nice enough but impossibly overloaded which inevitably impacts on the customer, I just wished the lead time indicated at the point of purchase was more honest as I would have ordered my blind from somewhere else.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with this company ! The blind i ordered was a month late arriving and then i was the wrong blind , i rang customer service which took hours to get through and when i did get through the lady on the end of the phone was unprofessional and i felt rushed , i had to ring on numerous occasions as my issue wasnt getting sorted. When the replacement blind arrived it had been sent with the wrong attachments and the instructions were not clear, it really shouldn't have been so stressful buying a single blind !

Fantastic Quality & Price
I ordered 4 grey spring loaded roller blinds for my shop, I opted for the gold bar at the bottom and i am not disappointed at all, they look amazing! With the current global situation they arrived as quick as they could, I was kept up to date along the way. The customer service, quality and price are all second to none so I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Lifestyle Blinds again in the future.

Stunning blinds, great price and service
Wanted some replacement vertices slats for my newly decorated kitchen diner. Wasn’t too sure on white, silver or grey. Originally ordered 5 different samples of white but was unsure, decided to order 5 more samples of silver and grey - definitely the right thing to do. I ordered silver glitter stripe - they look stunning! Great price and fit, so chuffed I could pop!! Delivery on time and well packaged. Highly recommend and I will be back!

Great value.
I ordered blinds for 3 rooms which were £200 cheaper than the local store. They arrived within the 7 day delivery period, great quality and they were easy to hang and attach the beading. They are a little loose on the pegs however I can’t complain at the price. Thank you and would use again.

Ordered replacement blind slats and…
Ordered replacement blind slats and roller blind 2 weeks ago, slats come after a week and was told roller blind would be there shortly. Voice mail on answer phone now says that their shut until 1st June. So don’t bother ordering chances are you will only receive half your order and no one available to help you

Blinds were faulty and injured 2 people - Customer Service Extremely Childish
Blinds were faulty and injured 2 people (1 nasty cut to a hand and someone hit in the face by a blind that constantly sprang shut viciously) It also damaged walls quite badly. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this company ignored my emails (they swear they never got them - All 4 of them and they can't remember promising to replace the blinds and then ignoring me for 2 months) the woman told me she was 'Unhappy' that I had mentioned her name in my review on their page. I really don't understand that. You either stand by your product or you don't. She didn't answer any of my questions about why she didn't send out a second replacement as she had promised. We have been promised a refund. We'll see. Very immature customer service and a snotty and rude 'bye bye' at the end of the chat. It really felt like she was trying to intimidate me when she snapped about me leaving a negative review. Didn't work. If anyone wants to see the chat transcript confirm this, then please drop a message.

Second order of their Voile White replacement vertical blind slats. Exact size ordered and really good quality. I ordered some for the front lounge window last year, along with some longer thermal slats for the patio doors.
Second order was for upstairs bedroom and the dispatch was quick as usual and same excellent quality. These slats give you the same natural light and privacy as traditional "net curtains" but much more modern, crisp and smart looking. The front window has has no damp residue over the last year like net curtains would.
