This company is a fraudulent one indeed. I ordered a mesh router from them a few months ago, but wasn’t delivered at all. They just sent me emails saying the item had been delivered to the wrong area, when clearly my delivery details were very clear to understand. Then by the second email lying about how they would supply a goodwill gift as part of compensation. These people are scumbags, and warn anyone not to be taken in with these worthless criminals.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 100% FRAUD it is a Phishing website, your money will go to Spain and you will never receive your goods. Reported to Credit Card company. As others have said you will get email saying your order is misdirected or similar wording, to delay you reporting the crime to Police. They are using a UK phone number, but it is being redirected to Spain. The .com website address is a big clue they are not in UK. They are using a genuine name of a small business in Norwich, that appears not connected to this fraud. My own goods were ordered in early December 2024, never arrived, no replies, money gone. Their business premises pictures are from around 7 years ago and a genuine other business site located in Carlisle, Cumbria that they have copied and pretend is their showroom.

It's now February and you won't believe it but I have had no refund for the so called 3 times mis delivered cooker i ordered in November. What a surprise!!

This website is not genuine. It states that the warehouse (nice warehouse picture included) is at 5, Caddow Road, Norwich NR5 9PQ. Not true, look at Google maps, that address is a house on a residential development.
