Out of the 11 items purchased 5 were faulty. This is significantly not cool. luckily there's paypal who is willing to assist.

I bought several items from the site for the wife dresses, accessories, makeup tools and other items it's pretty much same as shown in picture.
To get best items read the reviews off other people of the item usually its spot on.
I cancelled several orders for late shipping but they did well in Express shipping the expedite shipping sucked by my experience.

I have had a very positive experience with this site, as i received all the help from them during all the shopping process. They offer very good products at a very reasonable prices, more their customer service helped me during all the shopping process. I'm a satisfied buyer!

Bought two radio devices. One of them did not work at all in the delivery, and the other worked for a few hours. Reported directly that one did not work and they promised to immediately send a new one. They never sent someone new. After a few hours of use of the second ending work. Reported it too and was asked to send them back with the cheapest shipping method. I did, and now they write that they only pay back for one of the devices. They do not answer my questions about why they only pay back for one of them and they answer not why they do not pay the return shipping.
Their customer service is absolutely useless and rude. Once they have your money they do not care about you as a customer. I warn against this very bad company! They write so nicely on its website about its fine customer service and pail to make their customers happy ..... COMPLETE SCAM!!!

I purchased boots, sneakers and a jacket for around 800 danish kr - a real bargain...
But the boots were two sizes small and didn't look a bit like the ones in the picture. Really crappy quality!
The sneaks were fine size but not Addidas - just a cheap copy!
The jacket i bought was XL - just in case the sizes were small, and the XL turned out to be a european small!
I cannot use any of the items :(
In addition to this there were fees and taxes of 350 kr

so far i have purchased about 7 or 8 items from Light in the box and i must say out of all the orders made i had issues maybe once or twice and they have actually assisted me with resolving the issues,

I just thing their order processing takes some time before shipping out the product which really sucks.

I bought an Lenovo A 5800D. Its a nice phone, except its not working in Europe due to a different waweband than China. I can use it for texting and internet. The old saying is true, when its to good to be true...

I have never been disappointed. As a fashion blogger I have been able to buy outfits and recieved them as seen on the website. This is a great company to purchase fashion and trendy outfits... ❤️❤️❤️

The cheap products are just what you pay for, and take longer than expected to arrive. The more expensive products are way better than they look, but you usually have to pay for the delivery. I've already bought dresses, a wedding dress (gorgeous) , and I'm waiting for some jewelry and a couple of bags. I have to say that costumer service is very good. They always answer and provide solutions although they don't offer refunds, they do offer credit for future purchases. I keep asking them to use DHL to deliver the products because it's the most effective courier, and they listen! You have to contact them from your account, which is not easy to find out.

Once you buy there is no contact options or support if the stuff you buy in broken , and the quality don't even live up to the price of the products. My kid he bought some schoes with light and paid almost 100$ and it will not charge and the quality of the schoes is on worth the price , unfortunately he spent his hard earn money on the schoes and now we can't even contact anyone :-( very very bad customer and order support cannot recommend anyone to buy online with this company

I have been ordering moast naildecorations glue and stuff for my nails, loads of times. And it has been on time and i just love all the stuff i bought from this place! Highly recomended! /nats_nails_fashion

So my products has been shipped, in two different shipments. 1 product has been shipped 16 of april and second order 20 of april. I know that it might takes some time before the products get to me so i'm still waiting paitiently.

My issue so far with the company is that they keep sending me offers to my email. Almost every day i recieve 1 -2 offers from lightinthebox.com. It annoys me, because i never gave permission to let the company send me offers in the first place. What is REALLY annoying is that every time i unsubscribe this "service" i get redirected to another site where it confirms that i no longer will recieve these offers, yet im still recieving every day?

So far i give 3 stars. But if i haven't recieved anything within the next 2 weeks, i will change the rating to 1 star.

After all, they do send it all from china, so they need af fair chance. Was surprised to see how fast my orders was processed.

I ordered a lot of earrings and a watch, I haven't received my earring yet, but I have received my watch, love love my little watch, I have from them before,shipping is a little slow, but I love there stuff, don't have to spend a lot of money, to get a lot of stuff... Good for people who want to look good but don't have a lot of money.

I have been buying in the LightinTheBox page for some time, and I can say that the products are what just what I expected and the time of delivery in the "accelerated delivery" is quite allright, but the non accelerated is getting more time that the indicated time in the page.

The products are so beautiful and nice, but there are no existance allways, the page must be updated before the users make an order, because it is very unpleasent to receive a comment that your product is not available, even when you already pay for it.

The thing I ordered never showed up and after waiting more than 1 month after the confirmed delivery date, I wrote to them and cancelled the order. They confirmed the cancellation and would return the money which never happened. After that they have been impossible to get in contact with.

paid for express delivery to UK (5 days) for item required within a week. Seller did not dispatch until 10 days after order and it arrived nearly *4* weeks after order. Part of the delay was because they didn't complete paperwork resulting in a customs charge that was 50% of the item value. No comeback with PayPal because this seller knows that PayPal won't refund for a late item (despite the PayPal "Arrived Late" dispute category).
Cynical company, not to be trusted, stick to US/EU sellers who don't lie.

Order 1512080215981378, have pretended that sent the order, the track is not monitored. Then he wrote that the carrier has returned the order because of the battery.I asked to send another carrier refused to. 1512220016224495 make a new order in the hope that they will eliminate the error, those same rake.

Lightinthebox is not kept and pulls things in a long time.

I bought 7 item, the 2 was wrong. One item was the error color and the second item was the wrong product. I send a service notice d. 6/11 – and should send them the image documentation, thats is okay. The one item admitted Lightinthebox, was wrong, the other maintained they were real, in spite of the fact that there came an orange and I had ordered a brown.
But I could get bonus for one item and compensation for customs/tax. This dialog was running long, for I would not have bonus – then it becomes expensive to shop at Lightinthebox. I sent the suggestion that they could send me two other item instead – but it was not an option. I could then send the items back, but J has paid 300 dk kr.. in customs and tax – had to pay to send the goods back and then wait for the refund of my money. It will have cost me approx. 400 dk KR. So I received any thinf of the money, with shopping by Lightinthebox.
I complained, and now starts the circle from the front, where I again must send pictures . I get plenty excuses as to why nothing happens and solicits all the time my understanding. Now I will not be dragged around in this show more.
