Had ambient lights factory coded into my mercedes A class as they never came with them when i bought the car, and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better job!! The whole experience from drop-off to collection was so easy, and the finish is exactly what I anticipated, definitely definitely worth paying a bit more to get that high quality finish - highly recommend Lightnetic to anyone looking to get lights fitted

Honestly don’t know where to start.. I booked in for ambi-lights last month and had them fitted yesterday all the way from booking to installing these guys would answer every question I had and make me feel listened to. Then the lights got fitted and my word do they look unreal not a single cable/wire on show all fitted to look OEM straight from the factory. Made up with my car thanks to these guys. Will be visiting again soon for star lights.

Left a 5-star review at first when Installed but once somethings went wrong they were terrible.

Just over one year later the ambient lights stopped working and I messaged them on 24.08.24 if they can send me the module to replace it for which I will be happy to pay for, because the one they installed burned out. Every time I wrote them, It took them 3-5 days to answer me on whatsapp. After lots of messages they finally said they sent the module on 22.09.24(1 month later). On the 28.10.24 they told me the parcel got lost and if I can explain them the problem again, which I did around 3-4 times in total. They claimed they sent the module 3 times and got lost which is a big lie!!! Because on 30.11.24 they told me that they don’t use these kits anymore and don’t have the module and can’t even provide a picture. They should have said from the first time they don’t have these kits anymore and can’t help me instead to lie to me for 3 months. I found the module on Aliexpress and fixed everything by myself.

When I took down the door panels, on the front left side the little speaker from the door was taped with wide brown tape because they broke the support from it when they installed the ambient lights and on the back left door they broke e plastic which holds the door panel just before you take it out.
Just be careful, once something goes wrong they will act like they want to help and just lie about it. 0 customer service.

PS: I am replying to your reply to make it clear for everyone and yourself.
The problem with the lights started 1 years and 3-4 months from when was done and not 2 years. I have asked if you can help me and that I will pay for everything, I never said for free.

On 31.08.24 you asked me once if I am free to come to your workshop in the next couple of weeks OR you can send me the module to replace it myself( your words). 17 minutes after that I responded “It would be better to send me the module so I don’t have to drive from London”. You came back to me 9 days later 9.09.24. Then after many messages you asked me again on 22.09.24 to remind you tomorrow to send the module to me.

After many other messages, on 28.10.24 you asked me to explain again what was the problem which I did.

To end this quicker, after many other massages from myself, I sent you a picture with the module on 17.11.24 and you said you will have a look to see if you have a module or you will order one. I showed you the module got burned and you replied to me on 30.11.24 that you don’t use these kits anymore HENCE WHY YOU COUNDN’T SENT ONE FEW WEEKS AGO!!!!! ( your words).

So stop lying and make people think the customer is at wrong here. Everything its on whatsapp.

And I am happy you haven’t denied you broke the speaker support and the other plastic from the back door.

PPS: I will not entertain you anymore after this one. I can see now what kind of people you are. Learn to be professionals and take accountability for your actions. Don’t point the finger and lie about everything like never happened.

I have pictures and videos from the moment I opened the door panels and I can prove the damage was there, made by you. Lucky for you I can not upload pictures here to show that to everyone.

Honestly the best. I’m not one to normally leave reviews, but these guys went above and beyond for me. From adjusting their work hours to delivering absolutely flawless work, their dedication and craftsmanship are unmatched. Brilliant experience. Went in for ambient lighting he got started the same minute. He got it done by the end of the day and job is pure perfection every little detail is good and its all OEM works great with car mmi itself . Best to go to will visit them again for other needs

Lightnetic Vehicle Ambient Lighting & Car Custom.

Having recently purchased a Mercedes C250D AMG line premium plus, I discovered that the factory ambient lighting was inadequate.
Having searched reviews on Trust pilot and Google I came across Lightnetic Vehicle Ambient Lighting & Car Custom based in Bolton. Over 221 5 star excellent reviews on Trust pilot.
So I made enquiries and was booked in for 5th March 2025. On arrival I was met by Hass who explained what the work entailed and that it would look amazing when completed. He certainly wasn't wrong. The whole process would take on average 4 to 5 hours. I knew at this point that it would be a very professional installation. I was sent pictures of the completed installation and when I saw the work I was amazed and left open mouthed. It completely changed the whole look of the vehicle. I was in awe of what had been achieved.
I drove home with a massive grin on my face. What an awesome job, I would definitely recommend this company.
I will definitely be returning if I decide on any further work.

Well after deciding to have ambient lighting installed in my 2017 Glc Mercedes I went online and found a company called Lightnetic who are based in Bolton and omg the interior of my car has been totally transformed it looks amazing and come night time that’s the time you get just how good they are the staff there were absolutely brilliant so helpful and the installation is brilliant I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of improving the interior of what ever car they have 👍👍👍
