Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the platform for its user-friendly experience, highlighting the simple, modern, and intuitive design of both the app and website. Many people appreciate the ease with which they can invest in a wide range of stocks and ETFs, noting the quick and straightforward process for buying and selling. The pricing is frequently mentioned as a significant advantage, with consumers valuing the low fees for stock purchases and ETFs, and the transparent cost structure. However, some customers also noted limitations regarding product availability, mentioning that certain globally recognized instruments, specific ETFs, or advanced trading features like stop-loss orders are not always present. A few people also felt that while the prices are generally good, the spread during execution can sometimes lead to unexpected price jumps.

Very intuitive interface

Very intuitive interface, and prompt helpful support when I have asked a question. If you can introduce fractional etfs and shares to the ISA, it will be even better.

So far I really like it. Easy to use.

So far I really like it. The platform is intuitive. I like the separate savings account.

Information is displayed well. I can quickly see the most important info.

The best part for me is the ability to make an investing plan out of stocks and indexes where you can either make payments manually or even make automatic payments. You can choose exactly what percentage of your money should go in which stock or fund.

The plan makes investing hassle free and let's me focus on other activities.

Penny stocks?

Mostly good, one comment though is that i was looking for penny stocks and bought from one, only to find out later that it was just 1/100 of the 'real' stock.
