Had an issue with WiFi. Reported to customer service via phone. Zohaib was very professional and courteous through out. Kept informed of the updates regularly until the issue was resolved. Quick turnaround time too. Engineer who attended the site was great too. Overall, the service was great.

Absolutely awful service from an equally awful company.
This is my second review for Lila Connect, But i wanted to provide an update as things are getting worse.
For a bit on context i have been with Lila for 2 years now, And the first 20 months were fine with only 2 real down times which were fixed quickly, But this last few months have been so bad, It actually feels like a joke.
Lila recently changed their backhaul service to save costs mainly, and its showing, Constant failures in the Stoke area, Massive packet loss most evenings and down times between 3 - 4 hours, Streaming video is painful even when wired at 1gbps and to top it all off they BLOCKED WIKIPEDIA for a few days, Yep that's right i had to use a VPN just to use wikipedia, just check the Lila Connect reddit page. This was not an issue when VXFiber was the backhaul but since the change its terrible.
I am seriously looking to leave although i renewed my contract just a month before this trouble started as we were not informed of the upcoming major changes, So i am looking to get a 2nd provider to the house and just leave Lila running as they won't let me leave despite the now awful service.
Also ignore most of the positive reviews, As they are talking about the installation and not the service itself.
Also like i said before please check the LilaConnect reddit page to see the other issues people are having!
They have been reported to ofcom by me and a few other redditors please do the same if you are having trouble with them

Early doors but engineers came to fit my broadband so it’s up and running. Was swapped over from my old broadband provider quickly with no problems. All seems to be good. Happy! 👍

Early days yet as a new customer. Installation was very good, tidy installer. Spoke to Lenny about how long it takes to get the landline working and a few minutes later he gave me a call on it.
Samsung TV was not connecting to the router, logged a request for help and now it is working fine. Very happy.

After a number of outages and customer service failings, Lila have made great headway in redeeming themselves. Lenny, Mohammed and Kayur are a credit to the company and were knowledgeable, easy to talk to and walked through all the necessary steps to resolve my issue. There team leader even went as far as to personally drop off an ethernet cable so I could perform a speed test.
The tech team went above and beyond to resolve my issues and because of this I'll be staying on as a customer
