The watch is great

The watch is great! I really love the look and style of it. It's lightweight and fits well. It matches what was advertised. Shipping could've been a little faster, it took a week to get a tracking number, but other than that, I'm happy!

Great watch, sleek design, good quality

Great quality watch. Price was very reasonable (cheaper than similar options I was looking at), watch came quickly after ordering, and the quality is great most importantly (no visible wear and tear so far). It feels very light and appears as stylish as I had hoped (I wear it for work). I have been wearing it for about a month now and it is as good as I had hoped. I strongly recommend this product!

To be honest it was a frustrating…

To be honest it was a frustrating experience. I ordered an engraved watch and waited for weeks for it to ship (which it never did). Only after I inquired was I told that the watch was no longer available. I ended up ordering a more expensive watch.

Secure, substantial, visible

I bought the chronograph blue orange watch. After wearing it now for about two months, I enjoy its great visibility. I like how adjustable the mesh watchband is. It feels during and secure on my wrist. The watch itself has a good weight -- not to heavy, but it feels substantial.

Poor customer service

Ordered a watch on July 6/24. Got confirmation on July 7 th order was received and will be boxed and shipped. I have sent 7 emails to date(July 30/24) and not received one response? Watch was not on back order and was suppose to be shipped in 2-5 days. The worst part is they have taken my money but I have no watch!
I can’t believe a company can have a customer service email and no one responds. I don’t know what to do next?

Bad customer service, great watch…

I originally said this was the worst company I have ever ordered from, took over 2 months to come with many delays. While they are unprofessional and not great about replying or providing helpful information, I am editing my review.

The watch itself is amazing. It is so classy and truly great quality. It was worth the wait, so if you are okay with stressing and not hearing much about when it will actually come, I’d still recommend ordering from them if you really love one of their watches.

Totally Disappointed

It wasn’t until I submitted my review on this platform that I finally received a response. The watch I ordered for my husband was finally shipped and received within days of the long awaited shipping confirmation. My husband is happy with the watch; however, I am not sure I would order again. I would hope that the company does something to improve their current customer service practices.

I ordered a watch as an anniversary gift for my husband that he saw advertised on Facebook on May 24, 2024 and was notified that the shipping date would be July 7, 2024, which has come and gone. I have sent three emails to the email address they insist you use and have yet to receive an answer as to when I can expect to see shipping information for my order. In addition, I called the customer service phone number and was again redirected to the same email address that I have not received a response from. I would like a shipping date ASAP or a full refund.

Reading some bad reviews on this…

Reading some bad reviews on this company. Unfortunately I ordered a watch for my wife, for our anniversary. Seven business days ago. Sent three emails to their service email, and zero replies. Guess I’ll have to contact my bank as well to get my money back

Zero stars is more like it

Update: I emailed them and they still haven't replied. I also returned the watch and can see it is delivered but they are not processing my refund. The watch has been back in their possession for over a week now.

Zero stars is more like it. I placed my order 7/4/24 with expedited shipping. We were getting married and this was a day of gift for my groom. 3 business day, no shipment notification. I spoke with Charles on the phone who stated he would try to have it shipped that same day. Almost 20 days later, NO SHIPMENT. At this point I've requested they cancel more order, multiple requests with no reply. I disputed the transaction with my bank and they ship it the same day. I don't want your product, our wedding day has passed. Your customer service is absolutely horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Worst customer service ever!!

Worst customer service ever!!! Took 5 weeks to get the
watch. I needed it for vacation trip and received it
after I got back. Requested a return label. No response. Called 20 times, no response. How can they stay in business? Never ever had such bad service. I am at a lost on how to get my money back.
i haven't even open the box as I just want to return it

This really seems to be a scam

This really seems to be a scam. I bought my watch back in March, waited 5 weeks for the delivery, then I got an email saying that there was a delay and the new delivery date was for July (about a week ago). No signs of the watch. Wrote 2 emails to support and no answer, call the line within the schedule (2 1/2 hours) and no connection (sounds like the old land lines when they were busy). Will start getting my money back from the bank

I ordered my watches a month ago

I ordered my watches a month ago. One said it was back-ordered, so understand why it hasn’t shipped but the other said 2-5 days delivery and a month later, nothing.
They don’t respond via email and they don’t pick up phone-calls.

2/21/2024 - I ordered the Lilienthal 1 Original Silver-White watch and was promised a 03/08/2024 Delivery Date. Order number 2102947.

8/14/2024 - Watch finally delivered nearly 23 weeks past the promised delivery date.

On the flip side I love the watch!!!

Ordered Lilienthal watch in August, still waiting

I ordered a watch in AUGUST 2023, and it still has not been delivered. I received an update that it would be shipped on November 25, and that did not happen. Customer service, while polite, has been stonewalling (I'm guessing it's out of their control). It's December 14, and I don't know if I'll ever get my watch. So much for German efficiency.

No watch and no updates. They do brilliant, aggressive marketing but offer no service. Ordered two watches within days of each other around Thanksgiving as Christmas gifts. Order confirmation (and advertising) said 2-5 day delivery. After 10 days, emailed about my first order and got ghosted. Two days later emailed about my second order. Got a canned reply four days later that the item would NOT ship for another two or three MONTHS because of "demand". Unacceptable! Don't sell things you can't deliver!

Watch arrived damaged, no response from company

Ordered a watch for my husbands birthday, and it arrived damaged. Emailed them with no response as of today, called their number just now and there’s an automatic reply saying that their voicemail box is disabled. Currently contacting the BBB.

They ghosted me.

Got ghosted by this company in the return process. I decided I didn't like the size of the strap on the watch I ordered. I requested a return: first they sent me a link that was for US customers only (I am in Canada). After I notified them that the return link wouldn't work they emailed me a working return label. I sent the item back and then a week or so later it was returned to me with a reason of "hold expired". I emailed Lilienthal and they said just to send it back again with the original label. I responded telling them the original shipping label was now expired and unprintable - I never heard back. Up until my last email to them they were very quick to respond (within one business day) but I have not not heard from them for over 3 weeks. I have sent follow up emails asking for a response and even called and left a voicemail. Nothing.
