I’ve been locked out of the app again

I’ve been locked out of the app again! I can’t tell you how many times this happens. It’s just about impossible to reset my password and get back in. I always have to contact tech-support.

Support is Ridiclous

Have used the service for several years. Pricing continues to go up. Have had an issue for months that text will not send. Have contacted support several times and the support is ridiclous. I gave up the first couple of times but now on the third time they keep seeing email asking for informaiton before they can turn the ticket over to someone to assist. I reply and they send another request for another peiece of info. This is on round 4. Just ask for what you need! If they will resolve this I will move up from 1 star. But for now I would strongly reccomend AGAINST doing business with Line2. Nice reply from them but still no support.

This is a very good app..

I tried out four apps.. and I could not even get my refund.. the four apps I tried out was no good…Line2. was the best one I will recommend this app to all my friends.. and family..

Cant open some types of attachments

This works well most the time but when people text you things like a video or share a contact with you it cannot be opened which is awkward.
Customer service is very responsive which is nice when there is a problem but I wish I knew about the attachments thing before I committed.

Persistent Login Issues Despite Good Call and Text Quality

Logging out often leads to rejected correct credentials → account lockout → verification still fails → forced to contact support for a reset. This has happened multiple times. Very frustrating.

Everything now I can’t even log into not a great sight at all do not buy this phone…

It has been over four months since I…

It has been over four months since I was charged for services that were never successfully delivered. Despite multiple attempts to contact their representatives, I have received no response at all. This feels like a deliberate scam, as I’ve seen similar complaints from other customers. Extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior. I strongly advise others to stay away.
