I got some emails from this company in the Philippines, billing me for something. I'm in the U.S. I went to their website and sent an email saying that someone gave them a fraudulent email address. They respond by sending me an email that my bill is past due.
Today I got a text from link with a confirmation code. So now someone is using my cell phone number too?
I went to their website, and it asks you to fill out a form to delete your info from their company but to do that, I have to give them my info. I don't trust that.
Also, if you look at their help page, someone asks why they are getting confirmation texts when they don't have an account, the answer is saying that they have an account. Do they not know how to read? It tells you to fill out a form to delete that account, and you have to put in all your info, including your bank info. Suspicious?
If this is a legit company, they need to clean up their act and stop allowing it to be used by criminals. But it looks like a big scam. Also, Link, stop spamming me!

Absolut scam site.
I have never created any account or even visited their website before, but they are still sending me emails about terms and conditions 😵💫
Blocked, reported and blacklisted! 👋

I was making a payment and the provider collected that payment through link.com and did not give me the option of using my Paypal acct. link.com then proceeded to bombard me with emails asking me to download their app and complete my profile. I tried several time to unsubscribe and finally blocked their emails. Now I'm concerned that they kept my credit card information. I have contacted my bank and they suggested I replace that credit card with a new one. I never authorized link.com to keep that information and I can see other reviewers have had the same negative experience.

Fraudulent company should be jailed and not allowed to breath
You won’t recover anything from these
The same as everyone else who has been scammed
My bank reimbursed me and I hope if you use this scam company your bank will do the same

Just got an email from these saying they are dating, I've never heard of them, did a search of my emails and never had an email before but yet they saying they've got my payment details.

I received an email saying I had an account with Link. I never signed up for an account. They somehow have my credit card information all my . I was on the Frederick’s nut site and before I could even check out, they charged my credit card.

Same exact experience as others have noted. Email shows up telling me they've changed terms. I had never heard of them until now.

Same exact experience as others have noted. Email shows up telling me they've changed terms. I had never heard of them until now. Followed links to delete account. No reassurance it actually is deleted because clicking on the link sends me to the same page that tells me to enter my email to delete account. I feel insecure now.

Like others, I received an email from this company out of the blue claiming I had an account with them. No idea how they got my details.

This payment gateway is used by scammers. You cant cancel trials and even if you delete your link account your credit card information is stored and can be charged at any time.

Zero stars really. I recieved an email from link that said it was updating their terms and had links to either opt out or update my info. I never signed up with them, never heard of them, and am upset that there might be an account without my awareness or consent. Or it’s a phishing email. If legit, it’s not to have my info in their system without my consent and awareness. Seems this is an ongoing issue not resolved, since reviews here go back on this since beginning of the year..
I encourage others to contact their attorney generals office, or if in another country their agency that is appropriate. This is not ok!

I would give minus stars if I could. This whole receiving a link for updates and to make changes is surely against the law when you haven't signed up to anything or even have account with Link.com?? Not only did I receive the email, but my son too which had us concerned of getting scam emails. LINK.COM, I DO NOT GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO HOLD MY PERSONAL DETAILS OR CONTACT ME!

Stolen my data and signed me up to whatever this is never heard of them until receiving a random email from them. stay away scam scam scam !!!

We should start a class-action lawsuit against this company. They emailed a terms of service update for a company I’ve NEVER heard of, period!
I don’t care about their BS about automatically creating accounts for pre-payment. I don’t care and wouldn’t do business with a company that has an OFFENSIVE approach to customer relationships.
In Canada, we have Anti-Spam Legislation, which LEGALLY dictates YOU MUST have express permission and opt-in consent for electronic communication.
Delete my account, I’m not jumping thru YOUR HOOPS (!) to end a relationship I didn’t ask for and NEVER wanted!!!!!

I had an email about changing terms and conditions. That was the first time id ever heard about this company. Never used them knowingly, and no idea how they got my details - they got my old details so im thinking theyve pinched them off the dark web from other data breaches. Not clicking on any links, im going to report them.

Shady company. Creates accounts without your permission and saves highly personal information without consent. Reporting them to privacy commissioner!
Response to their comment - You have ABSOLUTELY no right to set up these accounts without clear expressed consent of the user. Stop scamming people you lowlifes!

Just got an email from this company. I knew I did not have an account and nearly checked the 'delete' or 'unsubscribe' boxes at the bottom. I checked on Trustpilot and saw how many folk were recipients so just checked SPAM on my Yah.. account. Damn. They are getting so clever.

Crazy, they stole my credit card details and other info. I have never ever created anything related to Link, but it looks like they managed to get the data from Condé Nast. How? I blocked my card and deleted whatever I could but its nasty...
