Very fair price for a scientific product and easy to access & use
After being through some research the proposed book came offered as full version eBook (PDF) for the same price as the core chapter i would have liked to purchase in the beginning.
The eBook was immediately available and ready to use in the browser or download or both. No fuzz with extra E-Mails, search for buttons or anything annoying.

Love pdfs
The purchase process was very easy and simple. Just login, do a few clicks, and download the pdf of the book I wanted. I particularly like that pdfs are available that don't require a special reader for them.

Bad searching experience
I love Springer products, but I find the Springerlink search tool disappointing. Let me explain. I made four purchases during the Cyber Sale. During this promotion, I was unable to conduct a search that would help me identify the titles selected for this sale. I ended up purchasing a total of eight books that were on sale, but I stumbled upon them by chance.
