Poor everything
Ordered, online, a bracelet for a friend's birthday and they sent the wrong item. When called to make them aware of the fact they offered little in the way of an apology and due to time constraints I had to to return to the shop and they offered me no compensation for the inconvenience. In fact customer service representative was abrupt to say the least. They asked me to review the purchase which of course I couldn't as sent wrong item so reviewed the poor service. Obviously not allowed to do this as they rejected my review. Little point in asking for reviews if not prepared to accept the truth.
Poor after sales service
Bought a pendant necklace in January sale and whilst pendant was lovely the chain was only 16" . This made the necklace more like choker so contacted after sales and inform that was the size the provide. They do not state chain lengths on line which is poor as will now have to consider either returning or buy a suitable chain myself.
The real POOR SERVICE matter is when I placed a 2* review merely stating the above it was rejected and will not appear in their feedback. There was no bad or contentious points made. Poor after sales for such an apparent reputable company.
Links of London promise to refund taxes - but they don't !!
Links of London's terms and conditions states that:
"the prices you pay includes any duties or taxes applicable to the USA, Canada, UK and the remainder of the European Union, which we will settle on your behalf".
Unfortunately, after I have received my package and paid the duties, Links of London refused to refund the taxes
