Poor quality

What rubbish. An Absolute joke of a software and customer service. Not working at all on any of my computers, despite having all listed requirements. The interface is very very laggy and glitchy/blurry it is simply impossible to use this for anything as I cannot read any text on the screen, nevertheless play any games on it.
To make matters worse, they are also refusing me a refund! Which suggests to me that they are not in compliance with any UK law.
Please save yourself the hassle, and stay far away from these guys! I wish I read the reviews on here first.
I bought credits for use on their service, they then halved the credits worth (as their machines were changed to cost double per minute) and said I had to use the credits before the end of the next month. They then implemented a change that meant that I couldn't access their machines ("data centers are full" errors). So I paid for credits I can't use with no chance of refund.
In short, avoid like the plague. Try Parsec instead, I'm finding their machines much more reliable and their payments are much easier and more transparent.
It’s out of beta and it’s still lagging as hell my laptop keeps crashing when I use it it’s slow and like it was fine for about a month then nope it’s not working anymore like don’t waste your damm money on this crap
It is impossible to consistently connect to the VM instance they will create for you, at least in Asia/Pacific region. I even tried even their closest server in Hong Kong using a 5ms ping, 256Mbps network with no luck. Only after few successful connections, it is now for the tenth or more times now saying "failed to connect" and slightly charging my account each time both on their "gamer" or "pro" mode.
They are also refusing to refund me and their support is basically nonexistent. What they are doing is practically a SCAM.
Bad service quality. I have a great high-speed internet at home, but probably Liquidsky servers are to far from my home. Anyway, a complete non-playable experience for me personally
I have a high internet speed and yet, I was greeted with an extremely blurry image quality. How can I play games if I can't even read the text in Steam's login dialog because of the image quality? Oh, and btw, they seem to have a no-refund policy... In short, they are only after your money; their service sucks and they know it.
Horrendous company. They charged my card for a significant amount of money without my consent, then refused to refund the money, so I contacted my bank and now they are disputing the charge back from the bank. They won't even tell me what I have apparently purchased, and they keep spamming my email with blank messages. Caution advised. Stay away.
I decided to give it a try using the 20% discount on their pay as you go plan. Network setup is easy, and my optical fiber setup provides good numbers. I tried Diablo III and the overall experience was terrible. I had Network troubles (being disconnected from battle.net several times). More important, the video quality wasn't that great and I had a lot of stutter.
I tried to play a little but i gave up quickly. I know it's still beta, but for a paying service, I really hope they improve it or they'll get out of business fast.
Absolutely horrendous gaming experience, im better off gaming on my old laptop with integrated graphics. Latency is high and game is very choppy.
This is how a great idea gets buried alive because of very unprofessional and dishonest approach of people behind it. Version 1.0 of their product was maybe not perfect but it worked, they wanted to go for big money and they simply ruined it by rushing things, very unprofessional planning and thinking that people are that stupid that they will pay money for nothing.
I was a big fan of whole idea but I think that someone else will pick it up from where it was killed by LiquidSky and will make a lot of people happy and very big bucks on it as well
