The website is the absolute worst

The website is the absolute worst. I’ve spent the last 2 hours trying to order food for my 89 yo dad. He loves the soups. I just want to order 5 dinners and 10 soups but it’s impossible. Well not impossible, just a poorly designed app/webpage. I’m over this. Yes I can ring up tomorrow to place an order on the phone, but I find that an inconvenience when I have back to back appointments. Why can’t you have a simple website, spend some time and money developing your website, so busy people can order online easily, at their choice of time (late for me).

Delivery and updating credit card details.

I placed an order on the 30/9/25 and was advised it couldn't be delivered until the 7/10/25 because it was past the deadline cut off time. i was advised by email at the weekend that the credit card was declined. I tried to update the payment details on line on Sunday but couldn't find the section to update the details. As Monday, 6/10/25 was a public holiday. I phoned at 9 am Tuesday 7/10/25 to update the details and was advised the order had been cancelled and it was too late to have the order delivered tomorrow on Wednesday. I was REPEATEDLY told by Michelle that the system was set and orders HAD to be placed on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. We have been a customer for many years and because of the public holiday we now have to wait another week for delivery. Not very helpful!

We were delivered the wrong items

We were delivered the wrong items. I called a very unhelpful customer service person who said we didn't choose so we got random food and its too bad. However I did choose my meals. Very expensive 21 dinner delivered that will end up in the bin as we dont eat them. Very disappointed with the service.

Lite n Easy is so convenient for me as…

Lite n Easy is so convenient for me as a busy mum. It takes the stress out of thinking what I need to cook for dinner and instead, it’s there ready to go! Instead I can focus on other things, like the gym, getting my kids to their after school activities etc
The meals are delicious and fresh. Before starting lite n easy, I was sceptical of how fresh it would be- but it is! It’s literally like you would cook a meal at home.
I love lite n easy, and I look forward to ordering every week!

I am sick of receiving my delivery from…

I am sick of receiving my delivery from lite n easy only to find my lunches expire in 3 days it’s not the first time doesn’t some check the use by dates before sending them out and when you ring customer service they think if the give you $15.00 off your next order that makes it ok well it doesn’t I have to get someone to take me to the shops to get food to replace for a disabled person it is extremely hard but they don’t care they just say sorry to hear about that.

waiting......

I am totally sick of being given an estimated delivery time of say 9 to 11am and then as the day progresses it just blows out and out. The estimated delivery time is useless and bears no relation to what actually happens. Because of where I live I have to be home and I waste hours and hours waiting, unable to go out.
I have been buying light n easy for over 5 years but I am becoming increasingly frustrated by this delivery issue and am looking at alternative food delivery services.

Production can’t accept an order!

Production can’t accept an order early on a Monday morning for Tuesday delivery. The question to production won’t even be asked. Lost me!

I explained we couldn’t order online on Sunday night so we called “First thing” Monday morning and it made no difference!!!

The Support I Receive from Lite ‘n Easy…

Lite ‘n Easy has for some years now provided me with nutritious, tasty meals. As a pensioner living on my own, it takes away the need for planning and shopping for my food. It also provides me with the ability to choose from a variety of meals that ensures I am eating with a focus on my health and well being.

Nutritious Healthy Eating.

I absolutely love Lite 'N Easy. It has changed our lives. In 6 months I lost 15kg, reaching my goal. My husband also reached his goal and easily lost 8kg, simply by healthy eating. The meals are healthy, portion controlled and full of variety. I love not having to grocery shop and cook. We have so much more free time now and are saving dollars! Love it. ❤️

I’ve been using Liteneasy for a few years now.
No particularly to lose weight, more for healthy convenience.
I’m a shift worker, long hours mean I don’t really have time to shop, cook let alone wash up!
I find the dishes tasty good quality and healthy with no waste!

CRAIG E - DELIVERY DRIVER - LAZY HOUND

Every time you raise an issue regarding DELIVERY, this is always a problem, they don't take into account your complaint. They have a delivery man, CRAIG E, who is so lazy and does not follow the delivery instructions. We lived in a complex with hundreds of occupants. This person meant to delivery at our door but what he does is just dumped your order at the gate. Many times, I sent an email to their support delivery team, but my request is just ignored and assign to this lazy hound. They have quite a number of drivers who does excellent job and follow instructions, but they still assign it to this lazy person.

I am a long term customer of Lite n…

I am a long term customer of Lite n easy.
I have no issues with the food,
I have no issues with the convenience of lite n easy
I have no issues with the food that is delivered
My issue is delivery service. I have explained to customer service on several times, that I have problems with lifting the esky into my kitchen table which is a very short distance from my front door to my kitchen table.
no help at all from customer service for suggestions other than they suggest for a customer to take all the items out of the esky outside and carry items into their home. Lite n easy have no problems taking my money, however when a customer request help. it is said it cannot be done due to my safety. there has to be a way that lite n easy can possibly speak to the contract drivers with some suggestions. can the driver knock on my front door and wait for me to open my door so they can push the esky in. Also, I have 3 empty esky's that need to be returned to lite n easy. One of the empty esky's is from a previous delivery, when my regular driver left lite n easy. Anthony was a great person, he would deliver my full esky into my kitchen and take the empty away. I had my regular driver for over 3 years and nothing dangerous had happened to me. If I can maybe make a suggestion, can lite n easy look into having handles added to the esky to make it a little easy for your customer to pull the esky inside. I am not happy with customer service at all, absolutely no help at all.

Delivery at 4.30 am?!

The convenience of not having to cook with a spinal cord injury is fantastic and I particularly enjoy the fresh meals.

However, again, we were woken up at 4.30 this morning by the delivery driver ringing the bell to enter our gated community. When we don't answer or refuse to let them in, they leave the food outside the community gates available to any passerby. The first time this happened, 8 boxes were left since many people use Lite 'n Easy here.

Please deliver at reasonable times, convenient to the customer rather than yourselves. This practise will be costing you custom otherwise.

Lite nEasy is fantastic. They cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have dessert options. The food is delicious and range is large. I was eating badly and this has restored my health. Ordering and delivery are easy.
