Great Customer Service Management Tool

Has the ability to work with tickets that come from different sources like Chat, Email, Forms, etc. Which allows for multiple channels for support managed by the same individuals that can distribute the work accordingly.

Great system, simple to work with.

LiveAgent works pretty well and is nicely designed to allow simple functionality and ease of administration. It is well appointed but not overly complex to use, we have been using it for some time now and it has greatly improved our ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Highly recommend - very easy to use!

LiveAgent is fantastic, cannot recommend highly enough. Very easy to use, and visually appealing for both customers and agents. The team have been brilliant also, any issues that we have had (very few) have been resolved quickly.

Love Live Agent

We have been using live agent for just over 1 year and I love this system, It is fast, reliable and professional. The whole set up process was simple yet amazing I love that we are able to personalise to our business needs. I am so glad we made the switch from our previous supplier.

Best quality for good price

Do you want cheap, easy to use B2B and B2C mail manager, chat or so?
Just use LiveAgent.
In FLA a.s. we are using LA desk for maybee 3 years. You dont need profi IT support for implementation, if you can use mobile apps.

I like the most web chat solution

I like the most web chat solution. I was testing many web chat applications and i can say that LiveAgent chat solution is best. Ticketing solution is very good also, implementing many channels into one. The best advantage for me, is the Viber integration.

Easy, Navigable, Convenient..

An excellent way to upgrade your outreach to customers and to serve them to the best of your abilities. This streamlined ticketing system is great for organizing your workload with personalized tags, as well as prioritization through dating. Personally, I am very satisfied with the service as a daily user, and would not choose to change our service management system at any point.

Worth Making The Effort To Switch

The ability to leave notes and merge posts was most helpful. Also the system was able to link directly to our own management software giving the ability to access a client's booking or profile with a single click. Also you can see if someone else opens the ticket that you're working on, thus preventing two people answering the same ticket.

The one thing I missed the most from the switch from using Gmail was the ability to cancel a sent e-mail shortly after sending it. Could have saved a few embarrassing moments!

Although it took a little time to get used to the new system in the end it was well worth the effort. It's layout and functionality allowed us to clear an outstanding backlog of messages to a far more manageable level. .

Helped the whole team to keep track of any conversation with partners

The user interface is similar to email so it's easy and intuitive. No much on-boarding/training is needed.
It helped us assign tasks to different departments/team members.
Any member of the team was able to see the progress of conversations and keep it going with the our partners

Best Web Based CRM Platform

After testing a few Web Based CRM i found LiveAgent to be the overall and above the best.
Manage Email,Chat and call Plus respond to social media post,messages.
Patiently waiting on LiveAgent to add Whatsapp to the platform.
I have been using it for a few years and i'm 200% Happy with LiveAgent.
I'm so pleased with LiveAgent i'm busy saving up to purchase standalone version of LiveAgent and move away from monthly user subscription.

One of the best CRM we've ever tried.

We have been using it for over a year now and we can't help it. Our productivity has significantly increased and we no longer risk losing a message from our customers.
Calls are heard perfectly and all conversations can be recorded. There is also the possibility of creating a switchboard and there is an excellent guide on their site to do it independently.
It is also possible to connect the major social networks and manage everything from ladesk.

Pros: low price and excellent customer service
Cons: integration with whatsapp is missing but we have been told that it will be added soon

Great software

The ease of which you are able to communicate across departments within the organization using internal notes, tags, etc. makes keeping people on the same page a breeze. Staying in contact with customers while working with a reduced staff during the pandemic has been extremely beneficial for the company.

Tried others, LiveAgent is the best ...

Our company had been using an antiquated help desk solution for years, and it wasn't holding up well. After searching quite a while, we came across LiveAgent. It does everything the other system did and more. We are very happy with LiveAgent.
