Andy was fantastic!
I called him Friday (12/17) about noon his time to order an indeelift. He had it picked up by FedEx (ground) by 1:30 pm for deliver by the following Thursday (Atlanta to Phoenix). The package arrived (to our pleasant surprise) on Monday afternoon (3 days early).

I ordered a lift, then was refunded 2 weeks later; with no explanation why?

I got my indeelift I got it up and working trying to get used to it I wish I would have got the belt put on when I words this thing I saw only thing I regret and only thing I don't like about it is on the wired remote the tables to freaking short

This product is excellent in every respect. It was delivered promptly, packed exceptionally well and operates as it should. The Fed Ex driver even brought it in the house! It is well engineered and constructed. We expect it to be very reliable.

I ordered from LiveOakMed because of the fact that they stocked the device that I was looking for where as others on the web needed weeks to order it, receive it and get iit, and prepare it for shipment. As promised, LiveOakMed had my device shipped on the day that it was ordered… Great job so far LiveOakMed!

The item I ordered was temporarily out of stock. I was promptly informed of that situation via email and had all my questions quickly answered. Their estimated new delivery date was accurate- the item actually arrived a little earlier than estimated- and I even received a 10% discount on the price for my “inconvenience”

Awesome customer focus. I ordered the Indeelift through a well-known website due to the fast delivery date. Three days after it was supposed to be delivered they said it was lost and the only recourse was a refund. I called Live Oak Med and they put it on the truck the next morning. It arrived two days later in perfect shape. Thank you so much!

There was a shipment delay and apparent delivery of an incorrect product.
Andy of Liveoakmed customer service was diligent in tracking down the source of the problems (the item's manufacturer).
Andy responded to my inquiries promptly and offered me a generous partial refund as compensation.
