Thank goodness, my Lifting Machine worked. Now I have a way to get up if I fall since I live alone.

In shopping for the item I purchased Live Oak Med had the best price and free shipping. To make the purchase better they have already shipped the item just 2 days later.

The customer service is excellent! With everything going on with Xmas around the corner and everything going on with the virus and all Andy answered every question I had about the product and helped getting it shipped out as soon as possible. When I was looking to purchase the lift I looked at four or five sites and they either didn’t know anything about the product or didn’t even bother to return my phone calls or emails. Andy went out of his way to inform me about the product and answer all my questions. Thanks! A+++ company and employees!

Reviewing Liveoakmed and reviewing the product Indeelift are 2 different things. So far we haven't had to use the device Indeelift, but it seems to be a good product. We bought it hoping we would not need it, but it is good to have when someone deals with frequent falling especially while it is more dangerous to call first responders during a virus pandemic. I will review Indeelift when we have used it. Now to Liveoakmed: Their service and help were extraordinary. They answered all my questions and helped me through the ordering process and delivery was prompt.

I went online first to ask abt shipping times. Was told 2-3 days. I needed this quickly. When after a couple of days I noticed it hadn’t been processed I started to ask Amazon pay. The reason I went with this company was to get it quickly. Which did not happen. Epic fail.
