Great company to do business with
Great company to do business with. Andy was extremely helpful and patient when I was researching the Mangar Bathing cushion
(which has been a tremendous aid for my 87 year old husband who much prefers soaking in the bathtub to taking showers). Andy explained everything I needed to know about using the cushion, and the benefits of the extended warranty LiveOak offers. I got far more help and information from LiveOak than from the manufacturer's representative I spoke with prior to contacting LiveOak.
I have no problem recommending this company to other prospective customers.

Good communication and willingness to worth with my issue. I needed to return the mobility device I ordered as my family went into a facility before they could use it and Live Oak helped without issues.

Wasn’t in production any longer
I ordered a product they offered online. They then notified me it was no longer in production and offered to switch me to a similar, but less desired product. I requested my monies to be refunded. They did refund me promptly

I’ve been looking a long time for a solution to help my husband up when he falls. Most products are very costly.
The ResQ steps are our perfect solution! He has paralysis on one side but has no problem getting up with the steps. Now I don’t have to call for assistance and wait for help to arrive.
I even recommended them to his neurologist. He looked into them immediately because he has several patients with the same issue. Save some $$$ and purchase here instead of Amazon.
