Why are you asking? I cancelled this policy! Earlier in the year I tried to add a third driver as we are arranging a two month home swap with friends in New Zealand. You were unable to accommodate. I àm therefore forced to seek an alternative provider.

Advisors were friendly and happy to assist but I am still awaiting important documents to be sent to my email so that I can provide proof of my personal and address details for something important. I’ve already spoken to advisors about this on two occasions who assured me that I would receive these documents via urgent email in time for the deadline but this has not been the case.

Be warned if you have Lloyds Mobile Phone insurance — it is administered by Assurant, and my legitimate theft claim was rejected despite me providing a police crime reference number AND an official letter from my network provider confirming my phone’s IMEI was blacklisted. Assurant cited a minor station name clarification as “fraud.” I have escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Lloyds should seriously reconsider their partnership with this company.
