Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Spent the 1st 5 minutes listening to a lot of waffle. Kept telling me to do things on line. Went on line, had a bot who didn’t understand anything and told me all agents were busy and it ended the chat. Worse customer experience ever. I need to talk with someone but can’t get through. Disgraceful

It was relatively easy to navigate around but did get complicated at times for a none tech person. Very difffecult for elderly people with little experience in on line activities

Straightforward until checkout
Straightforward clear questionnaire, smooth sailing until checkout/payment. Then the message as follows” we can’t show you this page right now. Something has gone wrong with our system. We’re sorry about this - we’ll have it up and running soon. Please try again later”. And so we did, several times over a period of several hours. Always the same reply. Then, going over the questionnaire for the n’th time, we saw a section ‘ how do you want us to stay in touch?” Having filled in all personal details and being already a banking client we had left this blank (because mainly for promotional items ). Ticking one of those boxes and yes….we were allowed to check out and pay for the insurance. Maybe it would be helpful to clearly indicate mandatory questions to be answered
